Alex's Auto Diagnostic & Smog

I work at the prison close by and my car didn’t start after work I was very stressed about taking my car to a new mechanic but wow Alex’s auto is amazing. I thought I was going to spend hundreds on a starter and labor he immediately found out the issue wasn’t the starter but a burnt wire. IF IT WAS ANY OTHER MECHANIC THEY WOULD OF MILKED IT FOR MONEY ALEX’S AUTO DIDN'T THAT SAYS ALOT ABOUT A SHOP. They have earned a new customer. I WILL DRIVE THE DISTANCE JUST TO GO HERE BECAUSE I FULLY TRUST THEM NOW. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY DO AMAZING WORK, FAST AND SAVE YOU MONEY. I already told all my coworkers to go here. 5 out of 5 stars !!! THANK YOU ALEX AND THE CREW!!

Stranded on I5 and called a place to see if anyone could do a repair on my vehicle same day. I imagined it would be hard to find anyone to accept additional work on a Friday afternoon. I was referred to Alex's. After speaking with them and telling them the problem I had of a radiator hose being blown, they agreed they could not only do the work that day but would wait for me to be towed in. The lady who works in the office gave me her personal cell phone so i can send them a picture of my blown hose and they could make sure they could get the parts that day. As the afternoon wore on, I became fearful that they would not stay open because it was taking so long for a tow truck to come get us, and we were still at least 30 miles away with possibly going out of our way by 10 miles on the freeway due to the desolate area. The lady assuaged my fears that they would still be there for us. By the time we got there it was almost 5PM and the sun was going down. They immediately looked at our vehicle and found that the water pump had also blown (Alex showed us). There was no way the repair could be done that day. Alex had to drive 30 miles to locate the part on Saturday and agreed to come in early to get the work done and get us back on the road which he did. He quoted us a fair price which we agreed to. The price did not go up even though I think he could have charged us for a diagnostic on Friday. The lady at the counter was so friendly she thanked US. We were back on the road and no problems! I would recommend this place!

Alex has been my auto repairman for years, and always fixes it right the first time, I trust him, he does not overcharge for services, and does professional quality work

Kudos to ALEX'S AUTO DIAGNOSTIC & SMOG CHECK: Driving back to LA in my friends car, the vehicle randomly stopped running. After calling my roadside assistance we got towed to "Alex's Auto Diagnostic". Much to my surprise we were both received with the utmost courtesy & the repairs were completed within the hour. My hats off to a great bunch of folks at ALEX'S in the City of Mendotta. Thanks guys!!
