Restaurante & Pupusería Morenita

Very clean place inside & outside, well arranged where they serve you a variety of dishes. I stopped here for the pupusas which is my favorite Salvadorian dish. The people tending the place were amicable & welcoming and had a very positive vibe to them. I ordered a pair of pupusas along with two Pacifico beers and it was very satisfying after a long day of driving. Mendota California rules! USA

I had really low expectations when I walked into this restaurant. The chips were kinda stale, and the salsa kinda bland. But I was pleasantly surprised that my wet Carne Asada, and shrimp Burrito was actually really good. . The red sauce on top was just the right amount of spice. Not too hot to eat, but just the right amount of spice to make your mouth tingle.

I was craving pupusas. Definitely hit the spot! Sooo yummmy. Table was dirty, but we could have sat anywhere we wanted and I’m not picky, I was really hungry lol, I’m sure if I asked for it to be cleaned they would have with no hesitation. We were greeted with a smile. Friendly service. They’ve definitely gained a customer ☺ Oh, the canned mango drink they have is fire 🔥

First come first serve, you choose your seating and a server will assist. Pretty good food and soup.

Every time I stop to eat here, we are greetted with a big smile. The food is fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for good food.

Wonderful family run place, authentic Guatemalan and Mexican food. Let us park our RV overnight after a fantastic late dinner and beers.
