Very pleased with the service, friendly, and casual. Went in for a quick consult and was brought in without having to do a ton of new-patient PPWK up front. Staff was professional but relaxed. Got the care I was looking for and on the road to recovery. I really appreciate moving me up so I could get out quickly. THANK YOU!

I had a really positive experience taking my daughter to be seen at the Family Care Clinic. Registration staff was great, and I didn’t have a long wait at all. The Clinic renovations look great, and everthing was clean. The clinical staff was very kind and helpful, and the provider, Vanessa, helped my daughter feel comfortable while doing her check-up. Overall it was a very positive experience!

I know the building is old, but remodeling is currently being completed. I look more to the staff competence and care when rating a care facility.
Last June my husband was admitted to Enloe Hospital and after a few days he needed to go to a skilled nursing facility for rehab. Glenn Medical Center is very close to our home and I was happy to have him transferred there. The staff was very proficient and competent in their duties. Everyone was very helpful. I felt my husband got the best of care. In fact, I would like to have been able to bring some of the staff home with me when my husband was discharged as he responded so well to their care. Overall, I think the caliber of their staff was on a par with Enloe's. I'm happy to have them in this small rural area - what a great service they provide!

Love the fact that I can get in a doc appointment and labs and xray in one stop. Just amazingly helpful. Staff are all friendly and service quick.

My father was admitted to Glenn Medical Center from Enloe because he required additional care. Every staff member that our family met was very caring and attentive to their responsibilities. Everyone listened to our dad and respected his opinions and needs. The location was a huge benefit. Our mom could easily drive to Willows. In addition, the Willows location was easier to drive to from the Bay Area than Chico. We hope the community continues to support Glenn Medical Center.

Great nursing staff wonderful pt/,ot. On med surgical floor I don’t think you could get bet rehabilitation care in any part of Northern California. Wound care team is outstanding with amazing results in getting the treatment customized for each patient. Hospitalist there daily great nursing to patient load, caring CNA’s willing to help out in any way staff very welcoming to family and offer activities to patients. Don’t over look this little gem for yourself or your family if the need ever comes. I went here and have been pleasantly surprised by the love and support offered most medical needs can be meet on site so no need for painful outing and costly transportation costs

I went to the ER on july 25, 2020 around 6:50 am, at that time I was pregnant, and my blood pressure went very high. By the time I arrived to the hospital it was higher, the team that was in the ER moved fast and were able to control my blood pressure until I was transfered to another hospital saving my baby and I's life. That is why I would like to thank them and I appreciate their great job.

I highly recommend Dr. Mower. I have seen him a few times with my family and he is very comfortable, through, and friendly. We were satisfied with him and will continue to see him. He is probably the best Doctor i have ever had.

This medical center is great. If you have medical issues I would highly recommend going here. The staff is great. The building is great. The medical supplies are great. Every thing is very very very good. No thing at all is ever wrong with this place. I have no complaints what so ever. Every thing is awe some.

Everyone we interact with at GMC is friendly and helpful. GMC’s check-in procedure for appointments and services is fast and efficient. Also, GMC ER has literally been a lifesaver. There are short wait times and we have found the staff to be not only friendly but informative. We definitely recommend Glenn Medical Center over other north state hospitals in our area.

Great hospital, amazing staff!!! I had a knee surgery back in February and it was a very positive experience, Dr. George Hayes is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever had, he is very caring and attentive, we need more doctors like him, hospital is clean, nurses are very nice and friendly.

Our Dr is informative and on top of the game. Its great to see a real professional.Dr Mower is now mine and my Honey's PCP. We enjoy being heard.

I went for lab work today got to see a woman named Jackie not only was she very kind and nice she was amazing at her job fast and never hurt finding blood it was fast first try didn't even feel it in years of getting blood work done Jackie was by fare best skilled at her job thanks girl for making what no one looks forward to getting done easy painless and very pleasant to get done

Drs x-ray staff CT staff admit all of t them I truly believe they are angels they never gave up are never did they make me feel like I was wasting there time they work so hard to finaly realize that I fracture my t12 that this unbelievable pain that was the worse I ever had that I couldn't have 'll ed threw another day they found it the fracture in my in t12 and got the ball rolling God bless uall

Good of an experience as one can have at a hospital. Came in late with my girl friend who was having abdominal issues. The staff was very courteous and professional.

My mother got admitted to Glenn Medical for rehabilitation. Staff was excellent especially Physical Therapy and Respiratory.
I highly recommend this hospital.

I get in and out of there within an hour which is pretty good for a doctor's office.

I just got home from the ER was admitted for a night.... Anyways the nurse and and Dr. Lane was amazing and all the staff thank you for making as comfortable as possible 😁
