Best Western Willows Inn

One of the best Best Westerns we've stayed in. Yes the room was on the small side. But it looked & smelled clean, fresh looking paint, plenty of towels, great shower with clean white (not yellow) tub, large TV. Even the bed linens smelled fresh & clean which is rare. Nice new looking pillows I wasn't afraid to lay my head on. Clean carpet. We requested a pet friendly room for our two pugs & wonder of wonders it didn't smell like a nasty dog house! Just a regular room. Responsible pet owners (like us) REALLY appreciate that! And the complimentary breakfast was excellent (cheese omeletes), still fully stocked at 8am, & super clean & tidy. Staff was cheerful & greeted you. Thank you & kudos to the owners & managers!

Nice average hotel room. Toiletries were good. Free breakfast was good. Parking was great. Close to freeway, but couldn't hear it in the room. Keep your windows and doors closed as there are a lot of bugs at night.

This BW was by far one of the better ones we've stayed in. Very convenient off the I-5, Starbucks was great next door. My partner said the breakfast wasn't that great down in the lobby but the service we had at the front desk when we checked in made up for it, she was very friendly. Rooms were quiet, good safe area, was nice having a peaceful sleep.

Excellent little hotel to stop at on your travels. My top 5 best hotels I've stayed at. It's too bad there's not much in the area that would make you stay more than one night. Excellent staff and service. Best Western should use this location as a reference point.

Been coming here for years to go to the racetrack. Rooms are very nice, Service is top notch.
Had problems sending my rooming list for my group, but in the end Patricia helped me get it sorted out and was so nice!

Very welcoming staff. Clean room. Truck parking in back. When I mentioned I would be checking out at 230 am, they said they would make sure coffee was ready. I really appreciate them doing that. Thank you.

This hotel was exactly what we expected, basic, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had all the usual processed carbs and eggs. For a basic stop over on a long drive, it was what we needed it to be.

I solelypt here on eve. Elephant upstairs, overflowed coffee machine but no coffe was made (my mistake ) and sleep was alight. Also towel in bathroom was pre wetted? Interesting but used it to clean my whole body and almost went to the hospital many days later. All good though. I wouldn’t say it was the best western but it was certainly a western, maybe a mediocre at best, western.

Willows, Ca. Best Western Inn is cleanly,
proper maintenance inside and out.
Not only are the rooms neat, orderly,
and spic n span, the modern decor is visually edifying. And location, ha! Just to dy for when you are traveling Hwy. 5.
Surrounding shops, stores, et al are conveniently awaiting your perusal too!

Clean room and bathroom, basic amenities, motel style so you can park right outside your room, has breakfast. The air conditioning was on when we got into the room, which we appreciated because it was hot outside. Comfortable beds and they were extremely nice during check in. Some flies in the room but that's expected because there are also many in this surrounding area. Will defintely stay at this hotel again if we come back.

Very nice place to stay. The check in was friendly and easy. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The fridge was cold. The breakfast good, nothing special but satisfying We needed a handicap room for the night. The room was large enough for the wheelchair and the bathroom was well equipped for handicap showering. I have to comments that are not negatives but suggestions, a handicap rail for the headboard area and closer handicap parking near the handicap rooms. The staff is what makes this place stand out. Very friendly and genuine. We make this trip several times a year and this will become our preferred place to stay.

Working in the area needed a place to stay. Not a lot of decent places here in Willow Ca., found this Best Western and checked it out.
Glad I did, got the last room available, it was their handicapped room. Room was very nice and clean. The nice man who checked me in was wonderful, gave me suggestions on where to get some dinner.

Fairly priced, modernized rooms, comfy beds. Pet friendly for up to two pets for an additional $50.

Beds have guarding around the base which prevents pets from getting under, but it doesn't go to the wall and small pets can get behind it. Blocking the openings beforehand should prevent this.

Stayed here on my way to Seattle, Trudy was terrific!! Stopped on my return but they were full...Miriam called their site in Woodland for me...great customer service!!!!! The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Just what this weary driver needed after 11 hours on the road...

Professional yet personable personnel, room clean and well appointed. Door to unit was difficult to close, front desk will notify maintenance. Also breakfast serving dishes not refilled very quickly. I consider those to be minor, insignificant glitches. I have stayed at many Best Western facilities, and this is one I will revisit if again in the area.

Great experience staying at Best Western in Willows Ca. a few nights ago. Room was quiet, comfortable, everything in good working order, clean. Breakfast was good and available a little earlier than 6:30 which I appreciated since I am an early morning driver. Thanks to all who put effort in making the experience a great one.

Great room with extra chair. Was end unit and very quiet which was amazing as was just off the freeway.
Check in was quick and friendly.
Close to restaurants and gas stations. Saw outdoor pool and jacuzzi but had been traveling all day so hubby too tired to enjoy.

In its type, it is five stars. The rooms mostly have sweeping views of the mountains and the rooms are clean. Smallish and yet insulated from sound. This hotel is walking distance from anything you could possibly need and right off the freeway. The staff is dominantly Hispanic and very friendly but at times chat too loudly in Spanish together in the morning. I guess comraderie among staff is a good thing. There is no pool here. I really needed a cool quiet and dark place to rest and get some work done and I was very satisfied with my experience. There is a laundry, computer room, and gym too. Excellent wi-fi in rooms.

The front desk agent was extremely helpful and friendly (also funny!) when we checked in just before 8 pm last night. The room had a big mini-fridge (oxymoron, I know) and plenty of towels. Our dog was welcome for only $15 and he got 2 big biscuits too! Our room was on a corner with the ice and vending right around the corner but it was never loud or made the dog bark. The breakfast was hands down the best free one we've ever had a a motel. I recommend this as a stop if you're ever in Willows.
