Merchants Bank Of Commerce

Although I was initially quite disappointed with there being no notification when Bank of America sold the Willows, Ca branch, along with a few changes when Bank of Commerce took over, bank staff remained the same. I have had a few issues along the way with charges that should not have happened, but this was not due to the bank, it was due to fraudulent charges by businesses that should not have charged the account. Bank manager, Judy, along with Gabriel & a couple others have always done their best to help with any issues and straighten things out when I have had a problem.

changes names all the time and the app isn't super user friendly but overall a good experience with friendly staff and convenient location

I like everyone at this bank! I have banked here for many years. They have always treated me right.

Don’t bank with them! These people change banks like no other; they are constantly getting sold and it’s ridiculous! Additionally their employees don’t honor branch hours. I have gone 15 minutes til with the outside door open and the second door locked then someone from inside comes out and says we need to use the atm because they are closed (atm was broken and had to drive to another branch to use atm). Employees are rude! Don’t close early during regular branch hours!

I think this bank needs alot more explaining to do when you sign up. I'm changing banks. it has not been the best experience for me. I'm grateful yet there taking money out like its so easy. I do not have alot of income. what I put in is supposed to stay. they have fraudulent scams all over the place. I just can't trust them.
