Bernardino Ricardo MD

Dr.Bernardino is an excellent doctor. Treated me and my family for many years before we moved out of the area. He is caring and listens to his patients. I appreciate his honesty when it comes to speaking with patients. He diagnosed my mother with a chronic debilitating condition, that other doctors missed. She is now back to her normal active self and I am grateful for Dr. Bernardino's help.
His staff is friendly and welcoming.
Wait times were long, but he will address all of your concerns.

I love this office been going there since I was 13. The office staff is amazing and always willing to help when I call for last minute appts and Dr. Bernardino is a really caring doctor.

My mother was a patient for many years. She trusted him to provide good care. The doctor failed to recognize obvious signs of a stroke/TIAs. He failed to listen to the family's repeated requests to perform a CAT scan or MRI. Instead, he sent her home to suffer a fatal stroke. Bernardino is not a caring provider. Go elsewhere.

This office is such a joke! They cancelled my grandma's appointment 2 hours before knowing that she no longer lives there and had traveled 6 hours. Also, the wait times are ridiculous. Why even schedule an appointment? Last time my grandma will be coming here!

Have to find new doctor
Second time I’ve had an appointment
I show up and Doctor Bernardino is gone for the day
Not sure if it’s his secretary or him at fault.
Regardless I am not going back.
First time shame on them, second time shame on me.
Will not be a third time here
