Charming and authentic eatery. I requested vegetarian taco and they made a mushroom pepper taco which is so fresh and delicious. fresh made fluffy corn and flour tortillas. Kids French toast fully loaded with egg yolk and perfectly browned.the services are very warm and attentive (attention to details). Definitely the best among those few we also tried in Bishop!

Fast service. Satisfying vegan options. I got the veggie burrito with no cheese, no sour cream, and avocado instead of guacamole (the guac has sour cream). It is a big burrito with great flavor. It has mushrooms, corn, red bell pepper, green bell peppers, beans, and rice. The house salad was small for the price, but the burrito made up for it.

The staff here is delightful. The old church that the restaurant is located in is rich in history and has such a great ambiance. It's the perfect setting for an inviting meal.

The staff is wonderful, they are always friendly, happy and attentive.

The food is delicious. The menu has so many wonderful choices. We love bringing the entire family here because there is something for everyone.

The chips and salsa are beyond fantastic and pair it with table side prepared quacamole, oh my goodness, you'll be so happy you did.

My teenage granddaughter loves the Chingolingas, and the boys never go away hungry! I have tried nearly every burrito on the menu and love every one of them.

The entre salads are insanely delicious! The Azreca Chicken Salad is my favorite. Tossed in their house made cilantro-lime dressing, with fresh slices of avocado ....

The avocado bowl with carne asada is out of this world amazing!

This El Ranchito is our favorite

This place is right by our shop, so I eat from here often. Amazing breakfasts! Delicious ceviche! The combo meals are huge-served with beans and rice. I love to mix the mild and hot salsas together for the perfect heat. Extensive a la carte menu if you want something lighter. The service is always top-notch and to-go orders are always ready lightning fast and packaged well. Also one of the only places in Bishop that lists gluten-free options on their menu. So thankful for this place.

Stopped by this place before heading home. It looked really empty but the sign said open. We parked in back and walked through the door. It felt strange walking through the office area, storage and kitchen but the cooks waived us through to the tables.

We started with some chips and salsa. The various salsas were amazing. Try the chipotle and the creamy green salsa. Yum!

I was torn between the Huevos rancheros and the Chile Colorado omelette but I chose the rancheros with beans as my side. It was good but I’m still wondering how there chile Colorado was.

Hubby got the chorizo and egg plate with half hashbrowns, half beans as his side. Also good.

It was super cheap! $13 each! Great service, friendly staff, not busy. Try it if you are driving through Bishop.

Excellent authentic Mexican cuisine! We are visiting from San Jose and we stopped here for dinner. The hospitality was amazing and so was service, they are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free friendly. They have a good number of vegetarian options, we tried their vegetarian wet burrito and it was so damn good and one of the the best I’ve had, the flavors were beyond amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place if you are looking for food options in Bishop.

Had the adobada and Al pastor tacos, although they say that they are small I thought they were fairly large. The salsas are good. Service is good and they are attentive here.

I was able to get a solid diner style breakfast here, complete with all the regular breakfast fixings: coffee, eggs, bacon. Friendly service and a good place for a stop while driving through bishop.

Authentic Mexican food! A must do if you come to Bishop. The customer service in this restaurant is amazing. The male waiter was very detailed and courteous. With in minutes of sitting down he brought us chips and homemade salsa. I order “ flautas “ which were huge ! Delicious. The salt level was on point . It came with house rice and refried beans . For beverage, I ordered a mango margarita. It was good, just a little low on the Booz 😂. Over all they attended us pretty fast . Most important open on thanksgiving day. We found a place to eat after our lo g road trip .

The asada ranchita was wonderful, and my wife said that the tilapia tacos were the best she's had in a long time. The place was really busy on a Saturday evening. Lots of noise in the small dining room. However, this didn't keep us from enjoying a good meal. I recommend dining here.

Small location in Bishop with big taste.
Everything tasted like authentic Mexican food, the waiter was very friendly and helpful.
Parking is close by. The Californian burrito and the Flautas were excellent. If you're in town visiting this is definitely a good choice for mexican food.

Great place to stop when in town! Got burritos to-go that were delicious and had the BEST service while waiting and watching a game. The tortilla chips were still warm and the service alone will definitely be bring us back!!

We went for lunch and got burritos. The service was good and the food was really good. It was reasonably priced and more than we could eat in one sitting

We were told that Bishop closes down at 8:30 & that was our expected time of arrival. We started calling around to find out what was open. El Ranchito person said that they would wait for us. True to their words they did! I stepped out of my comfort zone and had a tamal & a soft carnitas taco. I totally wished I could eat more! The food I was served was so flavorful, husband agreed about his enchiladas. Definitely going back next trip in that direction.
