Jason & Bismarck are 2 of the most professional men I've experienced in a long time. Bismarck was very thorough in the knowledge/information regarding each car that I looked at. This review is long overdue. I had a stressful, but amazing experience with Lucky's Auto. It took almost 6 hours and Jason was as patient as a saint. I went in on "a wing and a prayer" and left with a vehicle, and when I say a prayer, I mean, A PRAYER!!! Jason is awesome, his PERSONAL goal is to help YOU get a car and he's definitely not the typical salesman, either. On top of that, there are benefits to buying a car from Lucky's, that other dealers don't offer, like free oil changes for as long as you own the car, amongst others.

If you are looking to buy a car currently, or in the near future, I definitely recommend you check them out FIRST and TELL HIM I SENT YOU.....you won't be disappointed!

This place is GREAT!! I got help from my friend Bismarck. I also had help from Jason too. Both of these guys are awesome! I most definitely recommend him! Well to start off I work Security full-time LAX my credit is not good I had a repo probably two years ago I came into this lucky auto credit thinking to myself I’m just wasting my time my surprise I got approved with a great car they had great customer service real friendly if you work hard and you put the effort gotta be great he’ll bless you and your bless yourself get yourself a car I had a repo bad credit some collective items not too serious but I was approved the dealership was great the experiment was great my mission now is to try to pay this car under the 72 months that I know I’m gonna do it I’m gonna pay this car way before it’s due definitely check them out if you got a steady income coming in at least $1,200 per paycheck they’ll hook you guys up to help you out I actually paid Lyft to get to this place their customer service been calling me all week and you know you get the Klein and stuff like that you like man and I had other two dealerships try to get me to come to their dealership and I’m happy that I came here great customer service great experience definitely I’m going to buy another car here far future just want to tell you lucky auto credit team thank you so much I am happy with the purchase you guys were great I only put one dollar down as a down payment yes that’s right I said one dollar
