I just recently made a fairly large purchase of server RAM from the memory4less website. The pricing was good, the purchase process was easy and their staff was friendly and helpful when confirming that I actually made the purchase (not a stolen card). The order arrived the next business day in great condition.

Customer Service honest. Traded me for a processor I bought that I couldn't use even though they have a no refund policy. Wasn't cheap but at least I got something I could use.

Ordered a HDD before 9 AM to be shipped next day. They didn't ship until "next day" Didn't notify me that they did not ship. Not good business!! Company made good, they didn't charge for next day shipping and apologize for their mistake.

If I could give this site 0 stars I would. I purchased a cpu which was the wrong size. I contacted them 3 times to get an exchange with no reply. Finally someone emailed me from a completely different email and put in a replacement (not an exchange, a replacement) rma ticket. I emailed them 5 more times trying to get it changed because I didn't want to receive the same item back and have to pay for the shipping twice. I sent the product out the day before the ticket expired and they declined my return. Then they emailed me and asked me for my address to send it back. How don't they have my adress?

This place is a scam. I've ordered memory from them and they refuse to refund or fulfill the order. Do not order from them, you will regret it

BAIT AND SWITCH!

Item we needed is very specific. Called them and verified this is the unit. Said they had it in-stock and we could will-call it. Once ordered, we were informed the item was not in stock and had to be shipped at an extra cost of $50.00. Once items arrived, they were absolutely not the same item nor could they be used. Contacted them to return with no recourse. Finally contacted Paypal and then received an RMA.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Purchased a heatsink and paid for a 2 day expedited shipping. No shipping tracking email, had to contact them for the tracking number... Item arrived late in a soft envelop that didn’t protect a very fragile item from being damaged in shipping. The item was smashed and bent, called sales and was told the RMA number will be assigned within 48 hours, 5 days later and numerous phone calls and messages left there is still no RMA #. Will update this review with more info as it becomes available but this is a complete nightmare for a consumer! Stay clear of this company unless you want the run around and horrible customer service!

We reached out to confirm an urgently needed part was in stock and that they could ship for the next business day. Not only did they not ship the part, they became totally unresponsive.

I ordered a replacement television part. After 4 days of no confirmation of shipping, I called and was told an updated email would be sent with shipping information. No email after 24 hours. I called back to find out the part is not in inventory and the order was cancelled. Still no courtesy email or call informing me of this. Some sort of followup would of been nice. Understandably, in the eCommerce world things happen, but a lack of customer service, no excuses. Doubt if I will try them again.

I purchased a power supply for our server from Memory 4 less. It lasted 48 days and we were told "oh well". The warranty is supposed to be manufacturers warranty, but guess they didn't want to stand by that either. Very poor customer service, they wouldn't even return my phone calls. I had to keep calling back until someone finally gave me an answer 6 hours later. In the meantime my business is down without a power supply for the server.

I can gleam all this from one experience. I purchased what was supposedly a brand new 12TB WD Gold class enterprise data center drive. Within one year the drive failed. OK this happens - went to try to get an RMA from WD... they claimed this drive is a replacement drive given to another customer, which does not carry the full manufacture 5 year warranty, but only a 90 day one.

Basically they sold me a drive as "new" when it was a replacement drive from WD for another one. When I tried to contact memory4less over several months to correct this (by phone and email) I received ZERO responses... not even the courtesy of "sucks to be you" which would be better than ignoring it all together. Save yourself hassle and time and don't be tempted by slightly lower prices, you always get what you pay for, not a company worth doing business with unfortunately.

Horrible experience. Purchased a power supply I needed right away, paid for priority Fed Ex shipping and finally arrived 9 days later after multiple emails the first of which went unanswered. If I could leave negative 10 stars I would. Cost me a lot of extra headaches not having this system up and running. Avoid at all cost just pay more elsewhere. Service is horrible.
