A friend of mine introduced me to FWA fitness back in December 2019. Couldn’t have made a better decision to go with her. Coach Ash is a wonderful & dedicated coach. He will push you to your limits & makes you want to strive for more. He also always makes sure you’re on top of your game. He cares about your health & is very understanding, but reassured he doesn’t babysit. Which is not what you’d what as a coach anyway. As for my gym-mates they’re freaking awesome. Best gym fam yet. We’re a pretty awesome bunch & I deeply miss our normal workouts since this pandemic, but I’m glad coach ash was on top of it and we’re doing our sessions through zoom. -Amanda
