Love the Garden of Grace. It’s such a unique and special place to practice. The owner Karen is the sweetest and all the teachers are so supportive and inspiring. Great place to practice whether you are completely new to yoga or if you have been practicing for decades. Love the Garden of Grace community. I feel blessed that I found this gem of a studio.

I being lucky to find this yoga studio almost 2 years ago. Always fill welcome by Karen and young ladies at the reception desk. The ambient inspires me to relax. All the yoga instructors in every discipline has giving me the right advice and guidence to persevere and be consistent with my practice of yoga and addressing my concerns. As a Plus, the floor is soft and with all the props, doing yoga in the GGIW is a blessing in disguise.

I love this studio. The energy in the studio is so calm and pleasant. Everyone is nice and welcoming. I love the Saturday Kundalini class with Sukhmani and Maureen's classes. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who already loves yoga or someone just wanting to try yoga.

Honestly, not much experience with many studios but was drawn back to the instructor(s). The traditional “California Yoga” didn’t impress me...GGIW not like any other studio I’ve been to. Maureen has so much experience and does a great job helping with all types of “chattering” coming from our bodies. She listens to us and is always shifting her classes to satisfy our individual needs. Nice starting and ending in chivasana. The studio is warm and Karen (owner)is the best. She works very very hard making GGIW a part of her community and is always working on new ideas to introduce us to. She loves what she does. 🤩 I highly recommend it for newcomers and for the more experienced who need more of a challenge, I know there are classes for you.

This studio is a hidden gem inside Lomita, California. It focuses on teaching real yoga (not the hot kind or heavy flow). Teachers are well credentialed and have years of experience. The community of students are always eager to show up and do their best. Karen the owner is on top of providing the best services to her clients.....Once you take one class, you cannot go anywhere else.....

GGIW is a breath of fresh air in Lomita! The location is great and you enter the studio through a delightful garden to a friendly face and such an authentic, soft place to land. So many wonderful props and wonderful lighting. I feel at ease right away and ready to slow down and dive in to a wonderful class. The variety is refreshing and diverse for all levels! Well trained and experienced teachers guide the classes and the community is welcoming, friendly and supportive. The workshop variety is like no other and the prices are so fair and worth every cent. Yay for supporting women in small business!!

As this was my first time trying yoga, I really loved it. I did find a true peace and relaxation. The staff is amazing and the location was a beautiful serene oasis away from the city street sounds. I will go back and recommend to all my friends.

GGIW is THE BEST place to go when you need to get your yogi on, want to find a unique gift, need to zen out and meditate, or just want to meet new people. Everyone here makes you feel at home. Karen is the warmest, most kind and caring person who truly just wants you to be in good vibes and enjoy life. I am SO happy i found this place and can't wait to go back!!

This local, women-owned studio offers so much more than yoga in a great space in downtown Lomita. Sue and Karen are two South Bay moms who are kind and supportive and one of them is always there to greet you with a warm and sincere welcome. There's something for everyone to enjoy everyday whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. They also offer pilates as well as stretching classes. Be sure to check out their special events, which include Sound Baths, Reiki classes and even combined yoga and art classes. I am so grateful for this little island of peace in Lomita. So happy to support this small business in my community, too. If you haven't been there, check it out. It's a great place to restore and renew in 2019 and beyond.

I am very blessed to have discovered the “Garden” over a year ago! I have Parkinson’s Disease and the wonderful instructors have encouraged me to go beyond my limitations to encounter strength and balance: physically, mentally and spiritually! Maureen and Karun are my inspiration and the owner, Karen, has made GGIW the tranquil haven we all adore💕 Stefanosis and Jussara are skilled and compassionate during First Friday Meditation..always surprising us with a culinary delight at the end of class! Lastly, I highly recommend Fabian’s Sound Bath and Meditation Event when available! It is one of a kind🕉 Namaste 🙏🏼

What a lovely place, great variety of classes and so many fascinating and diverse events. I love the yoga classes, too. GGIW has a peaceful spiritual vibe.

I'm new at Yoga and find the instructors to be helpful and make me feel comfortable as I learn poses and breathing techniques. Yoga is awaking my muscles with slow stretches and this makes me feel so much better!

One of my favorite things to do is to dance freely expressing your feelings and I had an opportunity to do it with Jojo at the Grace ,Intent,&wellness yoga studio. I do hope they have it again... Thankyou for letting me participate in it. Rosemary Fletcher
