Already Within Yoga

Pam is without a doubt the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable about yoga and the body. Her wisdom and welcoming energy made me feel right at home when I first came to the studio a couple of years ago. She understands how to balance a class for those new to yoga but also offers advanced adjustments for those farther along their yoga journey.

It’s important to trust your instructor as they guide you through moving your body in various poses that you aren’t typically doing. And it’s very clear that Pam not only has vast knowledge of yoga, but understands the human body so well. Whenever my husband or I have tweaked something in our bodies, the solution is “We gotta go see Pam!” And sure enough, she always knows exactly what to do.

Pam’s restorative classes are definitely her speciality, but I enjoy her power classes just as much! I’ve gotten stronger physically and mentally with her guidance. She also hosts fun workshops throughout the year that give me the chance to do different activities and connect with others in the community.

I always leave Pam’s classes feeling lighter and happier than when I walked in. I can’t recommend sharing space with this woman enough! She is a special soul, and I’m lucky to have found her.

This studio is a dream as well… Where else can you find a restaurant, bike shop, coffee shop, and yoga studio all in one?! The energy of this place is wonderful, and I haven’t found another place like it.

The other instructors are also fantastic and offer their own wisdom to their teaching of yoga! There is a class for everyone at Already Within Yoga. 🤍

Pam is by far one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had. She has dedicated so much of her life to her training and there is no one else I trust more with my practice. She is a true genuine soul and I would encourage anyone to take her class.

I’ve tried yoga on and off for over a decade and it wasn’t until I met Pam that I established a regular practice. Pam is incredibly knowledgeable about more than just the poses- she truly understands the mind/body connection and her classes leave you feeling elevated both physically and mentally. She has the most beautiful, calming energy and her classes are so thoughtfully led. I highly recommended her classes.

Yoga means union - connecting mind, body & soul together. When I met Pam , founder of Already Within Yoga back in December of 2019, there was an instant connection between us! Her positive energy during sessions are just so powerful and gracious. I truly felt her sincere love for yoga and her burning desire to build a community around it. I’m super blessed to have found Pam & her beautiful studio and can’t wait to explore the endless possibilities of growing my practice with her & other teachers. Namaste 🙏🏻-
