LA Plaza Village Apartments

Allen made the leasing process so smooth. I only apply to apartments where I can speak to an actual person instead of perpetual voicemails and Allen took it upon himself to be a reliable point of contact. Within ONE WEEK of calling and asking questions, I was fully moved in. I love it here. Parking is secure, great amount of space, neighbors are chill and very convenient right next to the highway. La Plaza has every amenity I'll ever need & I see myself here for the foreseeable future. Thanks Allen!

This is my 4th apartment in LA in 5 years, my 2nd time with Greystar, and I'll be honest—I had reservations after my 1st Greystar experience, specifically with the shady af management at the last location. But it's been a total 180 with La Plaza so far—Julia especially is a godsend!

From the beginning of the inquiry/touring process, to all of the subsequent followup, to the actual move-in and even post-move, I literally don't think I've ever met a more responsive, helpful, matter-of-fact (and also just real?) leasing agent! And that really makes ALL the damn difference. Because of course issues will come up...that's part of renting. But having a mgmt team you can depend on? Tbh that's worth way more to me than any fancy karaoke or podcasting room 🙄 Anywayyy, thank you so, so much Julia, and Allen, and all the rest of the LP team! Happy 2024!

When I decided to move into DTLA, I toured 10 apartment complexes before deciding on La Plaza because of the location, amenities and general fun vibe of the place. I had a long list of needs when looking for a place and La Plaza checked all the boxes. I've been living here for almost 2 years and it has been quiet a journey. When we first moved in December of 2021, we got our storage unit broken into, thus a lesson for everyone that you should all buy renter's insurances, especially living in the heart of DTLA. The maintenance team is absolutely fantastic, they are fast and they're always happy. When new management came in, specially Denise, I've noticed there has been better security hires, and small positive changes throughout the building. A few more positives is BDubs just opened across the street, and resident events got better and better. A few things to keep in mind, you are in the heart of DTLA, if you don't enjoy the hustle and the bustle(including its own set of people around), then maybe living in the city is not for you.

Im a new tenant and I have to say I really love this place. I feel super safe and everyone I’ve met so far is nice. What a view of LA! and the process was so smooth thanks to Allen. He has been nothing short of amazing with everything!!

I called about a unit I seen online. The person I talked to first was Jacey. He was professional and courteous. He said I could called back when I was ready to schedule a tour.

When I called back I spoke with Allen. The unit I called about had been taken and although I was disappointed Allen's upbeat and positive energy helped greatly! He was so kind and empathetic. He told me he would follow up on future units when they become avaliable and a few days later he followed up about one. The unit was out of my budget but Allen kept his word.

Apartment hunting is no walk in the park. You have companies trying to scam and rob you, AI generated agents doing most of the talking, and sometimes you come for a tour and no one shows up. Although I am not a resident (yet). I had a wonderful experience so far. I am very grateful and thankful. It gives me hope. Thank you.

Allen has been so wonderful in helping me find my apartment! I have hundreds of questions and he has been so kind and never once made me feel like a bother. I am so excited to make LA Plaza my new home! Can't wait to move in! Thank you Allen for all your help and time.

I have been a resident there for almost 2 years now. I want to thank maintenance, especially Daniel who goes above and beyond on taking care of the residents household needs. He never disappoints! If they had 10 stars that’s what I would rate his work ethic and knowledge! Thank you Daniel!

Great building in a great location! I love the amenities that this apartment offers. The unit is very nice, spacious, and modern. Denise, the property manager, is very friendly and helpful. She knows how to take care of any matters that arise and keeps the apartment well maintained at all times. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an exceptional, reasonably priced place to live in Los Angeles, you should definitely consider LA Plaza Village Apartments. I could not be happier with the top-notch amenities and management’s eagerness to ensure tenants are happy and comfortable. These apartments are also very conveniently located within walking distance of China Town, DTLA and Olvera Street!

First apartments I have lived at in DT LA. Seriously the best location, clean area, right by china town, and right across from olvera street. The apartments are clean, well taken care of. amenities are great, always clean. Security responds well. Maintenance waste no time getting things fixed when orders are put in. Have zero complaints. Will stay here for awhile

Community has been great so far and Cara was really genuine and personable when I asked for her to look into something for me. Usually it's hard to get in touch with the manager at previous places I've lived at but she makes herself available for the residents. Hallways smell great and we love the amenities! Thank you to Cara and the team.

Julia is simply the best and made us feel welcome and right at home.

What can I say? It really starts with the front office. Joey is by far the best leasing manager I have ever dealt with. To be honest, the main reason I looked at this building was because I have been in a building where Joey was the leasing manager and I never had a complaint at the other buildings. I ultimately did not rent here because I bought, but this building is top notch. If I did not buy, I would have rented here in a heartbeat. I hight recommend this building and Joey! You won't be disappointed.

I absolutely recommend Village Plaza as a place you can call home. I am going on my 3rd year here and I have no intention of leaving anytime soon. My son and I floated from place to place for years until we moved here where Venus have done so much to make us feel welcome and bends over backwards to address my needs. Devon, the caretaker is amazing! We watched him everyday this winter get out there and shovel that mass amount of snow we received over and over, no matter the weather, just so we could all safetly get to our cars. Thank you Devon! I always see him out and about through out the day keeping the grounds clean and tackling the overwhelming garbage bins. I don't know what we'd do without him! I so appreciate all the effort that Venus and Devon put in to make sure my son has a nice peaceful place to call home. Thanks guys😊

This place is amazing! It truly does have a plaza vibe with the separate buildings. There are really great townhomes that makes you feel like you aren’t actually living in an apartment (rarely available) but very homely. The rooftop has Alice and Wonderland kind of theme with the chairs. The oversized swing building is the one I moved into and all my friends love visiting me. So far the team is amazing (Starlina was my leasing agent), amazing amenities, and spacious floor plans! I’ve sold two of my coworkers to move here so we can have a friend community. Def recommend!!

La Plaza Village is a beautiful community. My apartment is amazing. I can not say enough about the property manager Joey Bommarito. The entire staff are friendly and responsive. The amenities are fantastic and the building is beautiful. If you are looking for a place to call home in DTLA, I highly recommend La Plaza.

Great property. Excellent, polite, and considerate staff. Great apartment layout. I love living in my rental at La Plaza. The staff goes above and beyond what is needed, or what they are paid for. The community is up and coming. Be a part of the newest community here at La Plaza!

Toured some studios with Julia and applied on the spot! I’m moving from out of state and am so excited to live somewhere with such beautiful amenities! Can’t wait to move in :)
