Brian is an incredible Realtor, and I highly recommend him. He helped us buy our new home, and made sure everything in the transaction happened the way it should. Since this property was an estate sale, he stayed on the other realtor to shepherd the deal through the complexities of court issues and sellers who lived in other states. He did a great job on this and helped us get the home in the best possible time and terms.

Before the sale of our home, he recommended we have a home inspection to surface the few issues that the home might have. He then recommended workmen who were very skilled and reasonably priced to fix those items before we even went to market. For us, his real strength was his marketing skills, he held a two-day open house to sell our home, while providing guidance on how to best stage the property, covered the area with signs and personally walked the neighborhood to invite all the neighbors to the open house.

His photographs and presentation of the home on the MLS and internet instilled great interest and resulted in 300 people of the two-day open house. The result was multiple offers, some significantly above our asking price. Brian excelled at managing the offers that were coming in, He then helped us review the offers and sort out what the best one was.

After we accepted the best offer, he stayed in the loop, making sure that the escrow was opened correctly, keeping us apprised of questions the buyers had, and walking us through what repairs that they requested. He was always there, guiding us through the whole sale process, and even showed up for the buyer’s final walkthrough to make sure it went smoothly.

Communication is the key in these types of transactions and Brian’s was fantastic. I could not ask for a better realtor, one who is a real master of what he does.

Brian helped us sell my mom’s house. He was professional through the whole process. He worked hard and handled almost all of the details for us. He was communicative through the whole process and I appreciated how he helped us navigate the process. It was the first time in several real estate transactions that I have still wanted to talk to my agent. Brian was a real gem and I was very thankful for his expertise and assistance through the process.

Brian is the absolute BEST at what he does. We have known him personally for a few years and when the time came, we trusted no one else to support us through finding our new home. He puts so much diligence and effort into his business and it shows. He is incredibly professional, understanding and attentive. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and as new buyers, we felt confident that he would guide us through each step (which he did and made it seem effortless!). I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. Can’t say enough good things really.

2/13/2024 Update:

Brian helped my wife and I buy another investment property in Lake Forest and he represented both the buyer and seller. We both work full-time, have 2 kids, and are limited in our free time. Having Brian arrange and take care of everything was a tremendous value.

He was amazingly organized, thorough, helpful, and fixed problems before they even came up. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying or selling their property.

Brian was my realtor and helped me find and purchase my first house in Anaheim Hills. He was wonderful during the entire process. My wife and I are both physicians so we don't have much free time to look at a lot of houses and meander through options.

We had met with two others prior to signing with Brian. After our first appointment there was no question in our mind that he was the right match for us. He made us feel so comfortable and supplied us with a wealth of knowledge in our first dip of purchasing a home.
He actually answers his own phone and always there for you no matter how crazy your question may be. As a first time home buyer, my knowledge of the house buying process was minimal, aside from being able to filter results on Zillow and picking up flyers on my own. I was in need of an education. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things one will endure. However Brian made this process bearable. To say the least I would not have survived this process without. He went to bat every part of the way for me, with the lending company, and set up things I wouldn’t of even known how to do. Home owners ins, inspectors, and even recommend paint and carpet vendors for me. And schedule them. By far Brian made purchasing a home a much better experience than it would of been without. Many of times I called him just to help keep my sanity. He’s so calm and knows what he’s doing!’ Like second nature. Agent B is the way to go!!! He makes your life so much easier that’s for sure.
