We bought a ring at one of those discount places, soon after we found out why the ring was so inexpensive at the discount place. We took it to Jacob, he fixed it and it looked better than it did when it was originally purchased! Our family has had several custom-made pieces made by them. They always look spectacular and your are wonderfully made

Highly recommend this store for purchasing jewelers or any jewelry services! I have a ring that was a little bit too loose for me and have always wanted to find a place to get a slight size down. I messaged this store via Yelp to get a quote and got immediate response from Greg. He was fast responsive, super helpful, and quoted me a great price.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Needed to have a stone set in a ring for an engagement. Spent A LOT of time finding just the right stone and setting for us. Thought it would be a good idea to go with “the old guy on the block” and side with experience... Boy was I wrong. First off, he essentially berated me on some of the choices my girlfriend and I had made regarding an engagement ring. From the choice of a lab created diamond, to how the prongs should look for the setting. It’s really his way or the highway, because that’s how HE does it. Never mind what the client may think or want. Received the ring two days later in the most ridiculous setting arrangement that really detracted from the style of the ring. Hesitantly payed the man for his “work”, then immediately took it to another jeweler to be redone. Save your money and just let this guy retire, hopefully sooner than later.
