Jennifer and JAG Realty are awesome. I have bought two homes and sold one with Jennifer. Her customer service is unbelievable, she makes herself available and always follows up with you. She knows the business inside, outside, and in between. Buying or selling a home can get complicated, it's truly a jungle out there, and you don't want to leave it to someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Don't rely on your aunt with a realtor license, get an expert at the top of her game. It doesn't get any better than Jennifer Gelles.

Be Aware!!! I recently tried to rent a property that Jennifer Gelles owns in the city of Orange. She uses discriminating tactics on vetting potential renters. I submitted an application with excellent financial credentials 800 Fico and plenty of cash in the bank. Apparently the credit application was not enough to rent her property. She wanted to meet me and the people applying for the house. Meeting was not the problem. The problem was when meeting she asked very personal and private questions. Like "is the father of the children going to visiting the home" and what the marital dynamic looks and feels like. What we are doing for income going forward. These tactics and questions were simply uncomfortable and very unethical. Please do not rent of buy from her as she clearly does not follow the code of realtor ethics and California Law by asking questions that have nothing to do with credit qualifications.
