Our Guy is 10' inside the door on the Left at the North East corner of the building. He is very reasonable and accommodating. He has a large selection of the latest styles, and lots of stones to choose from.

Jenny has the first shop to the right, when you go in on the left door of the entrance facing Sprouts. I'm not sure how many entrances there are, but I want to be specific because there's so many different shops.

Jenny was so incredibly helpful and patient. We we're shopping for my soon-to-be-brother in law. We we're looking for a gem stone. Jenny clarified that gem stones can get milky after a while, and that you can get them cleaned up and refreshed. However, the gems stones (with the exception of emeralds, rubies, pink sapphires, and another 1 or 2 I forgot the names of) all tend to get milky and are very hard to keep sparkly. We really liked the morganites, but decided to go with a blue diamond, to avoid the milky problem. I have a morganite, and I love it! But I can vouch for the milky problem too. It is very hard to keep clean and even when I clean it, it gets dirty right away. I didn't know it was a thing until she told me.

Another great thing about the experience is that she took back the original ring he got from her (an amethyst) , and he basically got store credit to design a new ring. She said it takes 2-3 weeks, but she could have it sooner if he needed it. It was just a great experience. She showed us option after option. The customization is wonderful. And she very warm, caring, and genuine.

Went to Certified Watches to service a watch. This guy does good work and stands behind his service with a one year warranty. Cheaper than going to most authorized dealers. I would recommend.

A piece of my agate ring fell out. Both sides have a curub on the ring, one side fell out. They took it and created another curub and attached to my ring. Also they glued the agate into the inset cause that was loose. What a blessing found them on Yelp. Only took 2 days and $60.00 im so happy! Had this ring was my Moms she had it 1930' s. Will send pictures b& aft. Thank you!
