Amazing place to shop store is always organized, staff is extremely knowledgeable of an individual employee is not sure they will ask there colleagues it see if anyone and any insight on what your asking. This place is a little pricier than your other big box store but there attention to detail and efficiency in getting in and out with what your looking for is well worth the price you pay. Don’t get distracted looking around this place has nearly everything available.

I needed a highly specialized bolt, and they had the 300 I needed. They are a bit pricey, but they had what I needed.

You need it, they have it. I have never gone here looking for something seemed like they would have and not walked away with exactly what I needed. Can't say that about Ace and Home Depot. It's usually my second stop for these things, sometimes you can find it elsewhere, but always my last stop. Screws, washers, nuts bolts, compressor fittings, etc.

Great place for odd hardware and tools that's hard to find elsewhere. Good service when they aren't too busy.

Would like to let management know that it was a pleasure shoping here with the help of Luke that went out of his work he was doing at the time to assist me and got exactly what I needed knowing where everything was and with a good countenance and polite Profesional aswell as Chris with the glasses there's 2 Chris there very polite helpful Profesional and was able to program my keys and also make copies came to me with a price before he proceeded great customer service on both their behalfs.

Place is crazy. Couldn't find a specific nut size at the big box store, so my bike shop recommended coming here. Tons of screws, bolts, and nuts that it becomes overwhelming, but the staff is helpful.

This is a real deal industrial hardware store, they have an AWESOME selection of hardware and all kinds of industrial tools, great selection of abrasives, they dont have the rare and highly specialized abreasives but the do have a good selection of slightly specialized stuff, lots of hands tools and specialty fittings, great place with alot of solutions.

Customer service is fantastic! I've been back there 3 times and every time I have have been there three times and every time the service has been wonderful and solid. However at the very last time I was there there was a bit of an sarcastic attitude from a young man which I will not disclose at this time but was still helpful. This place seems to have everything that I need including instructions on where to get the things that they don't carry. I think I could shop at this store just looking around at all the possibilities for over 3 hours and still enjoy my time I'm not sure about the other one.

This place has everything I always need. Huuuuge stock on hand. Went in looking for 4' of 3/8" Tygon F 4040 A fuel tubing and it was on the shelf. I got my son going to get stuff all the time and when we need something he asks "does McFannen Dale have it?" Not cheap but close to home and on hand.

This place has (almost) every single type of hardware - screws, nuts, connections, etc that you can imagine. In stainless, brass, black, galvanized, or raw So if you are looking for something those other hardware stores just don't carry - This IS the place. Prices - reasonable! And the service is good too. So, when you need hardware that the others don't carry, look them up.

Well, if you need a weird nut or bolt, an odd electrical plug, or anything that a place like Home Depot doesn't have, these guys do! I was hunting for an odd size bolt with a hex head. No one had it. A couple places I stopped at told me to go to McFadden Dale. I did, and yep, they had it. Thanks

I needed 2 nuts for a removal of a bolt that stripped in my 99 F-150, I was looking in the standard sets and older employee told me that it was metric after I brought up the front when I couldn't find a direct fit. After he showed me to the correct place and made my day way easier! Thank you
