My boyfriend booked a full body wrap and massage for me when we were here last Autumn. Doria was my technician. She was awesome as I was super stressed out before my treatment because our rental car stopped working but, she helped me reset my composure and helped me zen out for a few hours of skin bliss. I felt amazing and my skin was so smooth and soft for weeks after my treatment. Next time I go, I will be sure to bring my swimsuit and gear for the pool so I can soak up some rays and enjoy the jacuzzi outside as well as I didn’t realize the pool scene outside here before I went but it is amazing. Ask for Doria because she was the best masseur I can remember going to in a long time.

This is my go to massage place in Napa. By booking a spa service, you are able to avail of their other amenities like the Fitness gym and the pool. The locker room is clean, neat and well stocked. I love the stream sauna. The spa has a quiet room overlooking a peaceful garden while waiting for your massage therapist to call you. They used to offer teas before but now only water. The massage rooms are spacious.

Napa Valley is filled with beautiful resort spas that I enjoy but as a local, the best masseuse in the valley is Tammy at Health Spa Napa Valley. She is a miracle worker and truly gifted with deep tissue massages. It's not a surprise how many regulars she has and how quickly she books up. I highly recommend scheduling with Tammy!

Pretty good experience, if a little pricey. Up to date fitness center, jacuzzi and saunas. If you go there a lot, the monthly payment is definitely worth the money.

This is a wonderful place to work out and relax. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. On a side note, their linen smells really good. Their towels are super soft!

I went to see Cynthia for a facial and it was the BEST facial I had ever received. Cynthia takes time to go over your skin type and any skin issues you may have. From there she will customize your facial based on what you treatment you selected. My skin was glowing all day yesterday and has continued to glow today. I HIGHLY recommend getting a facial with Cynthia. Also book soon because she does fill up!

I celebrated my birthday here with several of my girlfriends and had a wonderful day! We had a private space that was decorated beautifully and they arranged food and beverages for us to enjoy. The Eucalyptus sauna and hot stone massage left me totally relaxed. Some of my friends are already talking about planning a special day there themselves.

Stephanie Iacobacci and the staff made sure they took care of our every need and I cannot thank them enough for making the day memorable. I will definitely come back again!

Erik gave me a great massage! He was professional and polite. He even figured out that I was sleeping too much on my right side (without even having to ask!) and suggested some stretches to help loosen up the area where I had some contraction. Thank you, Erik!

I have been coming here for over 10 years now, it is my favorite go-to spa spot. I've always had top notch massages here, and the eucalyptus steam room is reason alone to come here! Perfect location - several restaurants nearby, as well as downton St. Helena within a 5 minute walk. Love this place!

The best place to spend an entire day in downtown st helena. Take a break from tasting and touring to enjoy a workout, yoga classes, enjoy a massage (they are all good), use the awesome steam and have lunch by the pool. Love this place!

Morning or night the staff is polite, calls everyone by name and goes above and beyond. It is not cheap but you do get everything you pay for and then some. The location is exceptionally clean and well equipped. The business is first class all the way.

I had a taste of this Health Spa when I celebrated my birthday a few years back. From this experience, I have decided to lock the Inn at Southbridge as my host hotel for our upcoming wedding celebration, and have reserved the Health Spa Napa Valley as my go-to getaway for all relaxation needs prior to the big day!! I am excited to escape to this day spa resort as it is inclusive and encompassing of all the day spa essentials - a fitness center, pool and amenities, on site food accommodations from the acclaimed pizzeria, Tra Vigne, and a variety of luxury spa services and treatments. It is the place to be if you need to relax, rejuvenate, and restore!! Can't wait to go back! :)

My husband and I have been visiting Health Spa Napa Valley for over a decade and look forward to every visit. Our spa days are the best gifts we've ever given and received.

Very friendly and professional staff. Stephanie was more than accommodating to our group's needs. We tried to plan an offsite activity here and unfortunately it didn't work out due to logistics, but we will definitely consider them in the future.

I went to get a wax and did not expect the atmosphere to be so relaxing. Everyone was very nice and helpful and I can't wait to return for a massage!

Until I had my first massage at HSNV I was hesitant to get a massage. Now I'm addicted! It was a nurturing and healing experience.

I love this fitness. It has a gym, spa, and swimming pool. You can got massages and drink delicious water.

Had a 80 minute massage with Lori that was amazing, highly recommend.
