Demonstrates how to recreate the "straight from the salon" look at home with minimal additional products. The teen has successfully recreated the look every day since. This has never happened with other hair stylists at other salons. Mercedes is worth every penny.

I made an appointment for a cut & color. They don’t quote a price for color because it varies. The stylist needs to see your hair & determine cost based on what you want. I spent more than planned, but I am reminded of the old saying… you get what you pay for.
My consultation with Arlene went very smoothly. She was patient & I could tell she was really listening/asking questions to figure out exactly what I wanted. She was terrific - and I love my new hair! Thank you, Arlene!

My stylist took wonderful care of me and my hair. She gave me an extra conditioning pack. She listened to me and only trimmed the amount I wanted. She did not cut the recommended length off. Then I mentioned my dandruff and she gave me Avedas new scalp shampoo. Sold me an exceptional brush, Ergo

My first experience at Lux Aveda Salon Spa was amazing. I was greeted at the door and offered a beverage. My stylist, Haylie was super professional, easy to talk to and understood what my hair goal is, cool blonde.
Hailey was gentle with my hair and was able to provide me with feedback before, during, and after the process. She left my hair feeling smooth and the outcome was amazing. I will be returning for a second treatment to achieve the cool blonde/platinum hair color. I'll definetly be recommending her and the establishment to my friends and family.

One of a kind first time experience. My stylist was Joshua. I came in with a mop on my head and left with the best hair I have ever had. My order was a cut that was versatile and professional. The result was even better than expected. Joshua was communicative throughout the cut without being too chatty. His precision and attention to detail was on a level I have never experienced prior to Lux Aveda Salon. I left the salon with renewed confidence and swagger. Looking forward to my next appointment.

This was my first time to LUX. I wanted to treat myself to a vivid color and new style. I was paired with Mercedes since she specialized in short hair cuts and vivid colors. I received the absolute best haircut of my entire life! Mercedes was thoughtful and precise and extremely skilled. She gave me subtle vivid streaks and accentuated my natural grey. I regret not coming here sooner. If you are looking for an updated short haircut, request Mercedes. You won’t regret it!

Love the cut, color,massage and special treatment.......very special! Josh is the best! He is wonderful at color ideas and making them work plus his hair washing and massage are fabulous! Also like to add that NO ONE in my house noticed! When I first arrived I was greeted by kasandra she is so sweet and even though I go to josh she has always made me feel special! Had consultation with Chanell and felt heard and understood in regards to a future perm. Love the salon and all the people.

I’ve had my hair done today by Rhea - as Kassandra was not available and I needed to have my hair done this week.

Rhea started by having a conversation with me and listening to what I was trying to accomplish. Then she gave me 3 options of what we could do. She explained to me thoroughly how she was planning to execute on it. I told her what was important to me and she listened.

Rhea not only accomplished what I wanted to get done: roots, grey coverage, some balayage weaved in, but also gave me a beautifully crafted hair color that is quite trendy these days. It blended my natural hair well with the previous red that I had all over my hair. My hair looks light, fresh and healthy. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who has a complex hair situation and needs to have it done well.

I took my girlfriend to this place on birthday for some scalp treatment/exfoliation. First thing when we walked in the store, we were offered tea and it was amazing. I believe it was licorice, basil, and peppermint idk but it was chefs kiss. And my girlfriend went to a room where she was given treatment. In the car ride back home she was very satisfied and talked about how much lighter her whole head felt. She also mentioned how silly the conversations were while receiving treatment (in a good way) as well as how cool everyone looked there. Great place to go if you’re willing to spend a bit of money of course.

Heather did a great job on my facial. I had a reaction from another product and she was very attentive to not over working my skin. She recommended a routine for the next few weeks that is different to help this situation. I feel relaxed and happy with my results.

Excellent! Great service. Nothing is too much for these wonderful people. Always ready with advice and eager to answer questions. Josh is wonderful. He has great skill. I trust him with my hair completely, even the colors we are experimenting with now. So much focus and concentration, and so friendly. I am totally at ease here, especially in this post Covid world. I've never been disappointed. Very highly recommended to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about Jen and the entire team at Lux Salon. First off, the salon itself is beautiful and its wonderful to receive a great welcome and the offer of calming Aveda Tea. I met with Jen, my stylist and if you are looking for that person who will really listen to your hair concerns and desired look, Jen is it. She really asked me plenty of questions, she showed me an image of what my desired hair look would be, so I would have an idea and to know we where both on the same track and there was no surprises with pricing. I arrived with over-bleached hair that looked unflattering, to state the least. I was worried, I knew I needed to get it fixed. Jen not only fixed the color with adding into my hair beautiful dimensional lowlights, but she toned the severe look of the bleached blonde hair I arrived with. She gave me the most fantastic hair cut and really suits my thick, wavy hair type. I am ever so grateful to Jen and Lux Aveda. If you've had an unfortunate hair issue, this is the Salon you need to get you back feeling confident and looking fantastic again.

I’ve had two stylists from Lux. They both did a great job on my hair! The girls at the front are very polite and helpful. They have this amazing tea that will relax you and there is a little massage during the hair wash that will put you to sleep. You won’t be disappointed for sure!!!

I love Carley! She’s the best. Super personable and easy to talk to. Makes the salon visit fun! She does an amazing job on my hair as well. Talks me through the process and helps me figure out the best way to get what I want. So happy every time I walk out of there.

My experience here was amazing! Alyssa was truly the sweetest and made me feel very comfortable there. My hair color makes me so happy that every time I see my reflection I squeal with excitement! I will definitely come back here and I 100% recommend Alyssa!

Decided it was way past time to go back to a short hairstyle after 6-7 years of hair long enough to tie back. It's always been fine textured and gotten quite thin.

Kaylin understood the situation completely. She took the time to discuss options, until we agreed to "go for it," which meant cutting off about 8".

I am thrilled with the results and will be making an appointment for another cut in the future as well as redoing highlights to match the cut.

Arlene is beyond amazing! She studied my hair, took time to discuss in detail what I wanted and provided her professional feedback on what would look best based on what I wanted. From the moment I got there until I left I felt pampered. Kassandra gave me a message in my neck and shoulders that was amazing before washing my hair then while washing my hair there was messaging still on my head. Soo relaxing!! She knew what I wanted from a previous consultation and remembered every detail of what we had talked about. She gave me a fabulous hairstyle! Thank you Kassandra!
