Cascade Mountain Lodge

Don't judge a book by its cover! The curb appeal might give you pause (it did for me, briefly), but the rooms are a shockingly great deal for the price - reasonably roomy & spotlessly clean! They also look to have been recently remodeled. I mean... don't expect luxury or anything, but it was a pleasant surprise. The owners were very nice & seemed genuinely invested in me having a nice stay. My only disappointment was the on-site restaurant not being open at the time. There aren't a ton of good sleeping options this side of the pass - to me this is easily the best.

First place we saw late at night when looking for a place to spend the night on our vacation road trip to Yellowstone park. Very glad we stopped and turned around to inquire
Owner? was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very freshly updated and clean. Quiet considering it's on the main road/highway.
Reasonably priced too!

This is a great location for some of the nearby Cascade Mountain trails.
It was not our first choice in terms of places to stay, but we are so glad we happened upon it. The owner Kate is incredibly kind and accomodating---The rooms were very clean and tidy. 10/10 would recommend.

Owner is really nice. Originally was planning to camp but cancelled due to some circumstances. It was already late that night around 10:00PM. I was in need to find a place to stay. I called almost all lodges on google search and they are the only one who picked up call and booked a room for me swiftly. We got a king size bedroom with interior all renovated. It’s clean and the bed was comfy and price is reasonable. We had a pleasant stay. Owner is polite and welcoming. Thank you for your courtesy. I would highly recommended to those who visit the North Cascade Park.

Owners are great, and kind. The outside doesn't look like much, but don't be veered away, the rooms are much nicer, and very clean. With only a 30 minute ride into the national park, it's a great choice, and at a great price. I recommend.

They are in the process of remodeling the place but everything was clean and nice Nice to have a separate room to watch TV from the bedroom

The owner Kate is hardworking and very accommodating. We are staying for two nights to hike trails at Cascade National Park. The room looks brand new and it has air conditioning which is a plus in this area. Very clean and fresh.

Wonderful little motel owned and run by Kate and John. Kate met me upon arrival and couldnt be nicer or more helpful. She unfortunately is doing everything from checking folks in to housekeeping and never gets a day off . . . I almost volunteered to clean a room for her so she could take a break. Reservations are old skool and made on the phone and you show up and pay on site. Rooms are big, very clean, have air-conditioning, cute little bathroom with shower and big comfy bed. Perfect place to crash for hiking adventures in the Cascades. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped in here as a last minute pit stop on a cross-country road trip. We needed a bed for the night before we crossed the Cascades. The owner was very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Everything was great.

Kate is a wonderful hostess! So happy we found this little charming motel to stay one night during our hiking trip in Concrete. Everything in the room is sparkling clean and the bed and sheets feel super comfortable. Will come back if the hotel is still here next year we hike (speedy recovery, Kate!). Concrete is such an amazing cute little town; everyone we met here has been super friendly. Thank you!

The remodeled rooms are awesome. The bed was a dream to sleep in. Everything is new and super clean. The owner is very nice and accommodating!!

Looked like newly renovated rooms. Clean. Plush towels. Nice small touches in the rooms. Well decorated and stocked. Comfortable and convenient. Friendly service.

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are updated, and there are small fridges, microwaves, and coffee pots in the rooms. Reservations are by phone, not online, but this is a hidden gem of a little motel. The adjacent Korean restaurant is closed for the season.

Visited North Cascade National Park in August and was looking for a place to stay - this is by far the best lodging available and excels in cleanliness, friendliness, ad proximity to the national park. Will certainly be coming back!

The Cascade mountain Lodge was wonderful comfortable clean the staff was very beautifully trained in customer service. I had accidentally gone to the Cascade mountain suites that was the biggest mistake that I have ever made the one person that they had on duty was the rudest woman I had ever met in my life didn't even let me speak and slam the window in my face. Anytime that I travel through concrete I am going back to the Cascade mountain Lodge it was one of the most wonderful times in concrete I've ever had thank you to their staff.

We stopped here because it was getting late and we still had a long way to go. I’m glad we did stop. This was a good find. The price is great. The room is very clean and cute. The service is amazing and the bed was so comfortable and as stated in other reviews, sheets are surprisingly soft. They also use real towels instead of the scratchy cheap ones. I will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, very clean. Wonderful sleep, quiet and peaceful. Left the window open and awoken to a mountain's gentle breeze and birds singing. Did not want to leave.

Extremely kind owners that allowed us to sleep in a bit. They also own the only Korean restaurant just nextdoor. The fire department is on the other side. Felt very safe and welcome.

Best prices around! Clean rooms, well-stocked bathrooms, fridge and microwave, nice fluffy towels, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean and practical, quiet. No wifi or AC but it gets cold at night so you don’t really need AC. Two fans in each room with remotes. TVs in rooms too. And if you have Verizon you have full cell coverage! Kate manages the hotel and also the restaurant next door (best Korean food). She is so welcoming and professional. Be patient, she is a one -woman show running the hotel and restaurant both! This is the best location close to north cascades and Diablo lake, right next to a coffee shop and grocery store and Korean restaurant. There is a cute laundromat and 5b cafe down the street. Seriously a perfect location to stay for a few days and be within 45 minutes of multiple nice hikes. Will definitely be back again!

Perfect spot for an overnight. Owner was lovely, rooms were clean and cosy. Definitely recommend.
