Eco Laundromat

oh my gosh the lady that works here there's been so many complaints on her she's an older lady always mad always talking down to the customers. she locked the door at 8:30 when my clothes were in the washing machine I asked her to open the door seeing they have business hours that say they close at 10:00. she told me hurry up you were outside talking on your phone whether I was talking on my phone or not it's 8:30 the laundromat closes at 10:00. there has been several complaints about her but because she's been here a long time I guess the owners don't care and they leave her here if she doesn't like her job the best thing to do would be to find another one because customers should come first especially when I'm washing my wash clothes and you lock the laundrymat with a chain on the door at 8:30 when my clothes are still in a cycle because you want to go home.what these are the pictures that I took of the laundromat while she was locking the door saying she wanted to go home I guess it's not giving me the option for pictures but it is filthy so I come out to the parking lot at my review at someone stole my laundry basket. I've also been washing and had someone just walk by and pick up my phone as I was putting clothes in the dryernever! nasty dirty filthy even seeing roaches didn't take a picture I ran I no longer go to this laundromat I was there at least twice a week. I wrote this story over a few months ago I went back and everything's the same if not worse the doors are still broken the washers are still dirty there are still nothing inside of the soap machines so if you do go go at your own risk make sure you take your soap because the soap machines are always empty. make sure you shake your clothes out because there are roaches.

One star is too many! The health department needs to be notified about this disgusting place! The lady that works there smells so bad! No wonder the place is so dirty!

It's disgusting no ph no ppl working smell bad & no prices not even the detergent goes down for so much build up that they never clean look at the pic so disgusting
