Bugmasters Termite

I have been using Bugmasters and their team for termite inspections and control on my properties for over 15years now. They do very good work. The cost is always reasonable.

I have used Bugmasters on three occasions; ant/bug extermination, home inspection and termite inspection/ termination. I cannot recommend them enough! The owner, Matt, was quick to respond and was very professional. His workers completed the work quickly and effectively and we have not had any issues since. I would highly recommend this company for any terminate/ pest removal and probably any other services they offer as well. 👍👍👍

Termites are the worst, eat my whole deck up in just a few years, Bugmasters was kind of nice to help me replace the eaten wood members and treat the rest with out doing major extensive replacement.

Bugmasters are the masters! They were so efficient, kind, helpful and clear. Everything was laid out in normal terms that I could understand. All costs were discussed upfront and there was nothing hidden. They were clean around the house. They came exactly when they said they would and were done earlier than they expected. Bugmaster, tented our Rental house in Santa ana with the recommendation of our realtor. Less than 4 weeks later our tenant says the house is infested with bugs that they believe are termites. I proceed to call Viri at Bugmaster, expecting someone from the company to inspect and treat under warranty. No says Viri, send us pictures of the bugs by email only. When we do send the pictures, she claims they don't look like termites, they look like ants & they don't cover ants or give any options. At this point our realtor goes to the house and says he believes that they are termites. 12 days later we are searching for a pest control that will help us take care of the issue. I feel very bad for our tenants who are stuck in the middle & are questioning why they moved into this bug infested home!

When you talk to Maria , and I asked about killing all kind of insects she was clearly saying that it will kill anything and that's the reason you have to move out and take family and pets also out until they finish the job, two weeks later I saw roaches and I email her and she nicely wash her hands saying I never said that!! Only termites kill, but I believe is also I wasted of money cuz something that kills termites definitely should kills anything , I just feel stole, this company should be sue soon
