La Aguila Market

After searching for "Mexican food near me" I found this little market.

The market is well cared for and the produce looks like something you would find in Whole Foods, but with better prices.

I ordered the chile verde plate which came with pork in sauce, homemade tortillas, rice, beans, pickled carrots, and limes.

The tortillas are the best I've ever had. They look and taste completely different from tortillas in the store and in most Mexican restaurants. They're made on site.

The pork was tender and delicious. It had a little fat and cartilage in it but easy to navigate.

The chile verde sauce is really flavorful. Just a bit salty but very good.

The beans and rice were okay.

The service was excellent. There is a little, covered patio outside for eating.

Recommended and I plan to return and try the enchiladas, perhaps with mole.

Small market, but has a lot of basic necessities. Organized and well kept fresh produce, and meat. The eatery inside has a decent selection, more than expected, with a few vegetarian options. I wish they had more selection for pan dulce. Great selection on individual Mexican candies, and cheese! And they have thrifty scoop ice cream.

I got the Veggie burrito and quesadilla. It came with 4 salsas, (two red, and two green), and limes. Food was filling and good. I preferred the green salsa, it had more flavor, but overall, very good.

I have been wanting to visit this store for a while and I’m happy to say it was a very nice experience. This mini market has everything thing you need . Fresh produce , pan dulce , ice cream and carneceria ( carne asada is amazing) and hot to go food ! It was also clean and organized ! I’ll definitely be back :)

By far the best beef tongue tacos! The lady that works at the restaurant was very nice too!

I work near the Market and drive by often. Finally stopped on a weekend for the grilled chicken and carnitas tacos. Amazing. Little Market inside is got great selection of produce. I've been treated well and fairly in the meat dept. Finally stopped by the Cafe in the back and the food is super flavorful...my kids love it...been treated fairly and kindly each time I've been in. Has a very local vibe.

This is authentic Mexican food, the food is very flavorful and tasty. I will definitely come back more often. I need to try their open-fire grilled chicken, when driving by it smells delicious. Love the fact that you can call in to place your order and pick up later. You honestly need to try this place if you're looking for Mexican food. Their sweet Mexican bread is good as well. You get everything in one place!!!!

Wow, what a hidden gem for lunch. Everything fresh and made to order. Beats out all the local lunch spots. Once the word gets out, this place is going to be backed.

Daisy provided great customer service. The value here is amazing. $20 for a cooked meal and all the fixings. Saturday and Sunday only. Get here early before they run out!

I love this carneceria. They have great carne, house made tortillas, salsas; and on weekends delicious mesquite grilled chickens!

Customer service at the meat department is awesome. The marinated beef flap meat and beef flank ribs are the bomb. Melts in your mouth. My go to spot for now on.

I wish I took pictures, next time food was so so 🤤 delicious. Home made tortillas. I would definitely be back.

Ordered some tacos to go. They didn't disappoint. I want to grab some fresh meat from their meat department to cook. Nice market they have inside.

Had the torta cubana here and my wife had the asada tacos. Meat was tasted fresh with good flavor. Plus they have Thrifty's Ice Cream!

This is a great little market & they also have a great little restaurant will definitely recommend for lite shopping needs

Best place to grab groceries on the go or a pit stop to enjoy their little restaurant they have at the back. Go there on the weekends to enjoy their fresh grilled chicken and carnitas outside.

They have the best quality in meat and grate food to eat their chicken on weekends only is the best

Awesome market and their meat department is excellent as they will customs cut any meat. Ceviche is on point too!!

Small market with great customer service. Meat is fresh always. The horchata water is delicious.
