Lucky Feet Shoes

I had a great experience at the Anaheim Lucky Feet store. The gentleman that helped me and my husband was knowledgeable, patient and gave very good customer service. His name is Vic who is a manager at the Rancho Cucamonga location. He was helping out that day, and LUCKY for us, at the Anaheim location.
I had to return something that did not work out for me a couple of days later. I was assisted by Daily and Chelsea who were just as awesome as Vic. There is good customer service out there someplace although a rarity.

I had never heard of Lucky Feet until I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis & Metatarsalgia. Not knowing anything about shoe inserts, I visited the store as a recommendation from my podiatrist. Hector was extremely helpful and went above & beyond to fit me with the correct inserts. In addition, he helped me find stylish shoes that fit me correctly. I am looking forward to wearing my 3 new pairs of shoes, & finding relief from my new inserts.
I’m planning to take my mom to checkout some optional footwear for herself when I go back to buy a new pair of Hoka’s from Hector in the next few months.

My mom needed a pair of needed athletic walking shoes and I went on Anaheim Hills Buzz to ask for recommendations. The majority of the people recommended going to Lucky Feet and several people recommended asking for the manager, Cheri Juhl. Lucky Feet was supposed to be our first stop of many as my mom is very picky. Cheri greeted us as soon as we walked in and took over and was so patient and knowledgeable and won me over immediately and more importantly won my mom over. She is literally the shoe doctor and we could not have been in better hands. We walked out with the perfect pair of shoes for my mom and will never buy shoes from another place again! They have a great selection of all styles of shoes and I highly recommend going to Lucky Feet before wasting time going anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

Great service, a technically knowledgeable and professional staff, and best of all, my feel the best they have in many years. I'm a retired senior that is devoted to my exercising via long, strenuous walks. Their help with both the shoe selection and with the right orthopedic inserts for my posture and stride have made a remarkable difference in how my feet feel within 2 weeks of my first visit to the store in Anaheim Hills.

I love the shoes they have here. I asked the associate if they sell Vionic and she said they did so previously. But that's okay because I am always on the lookout for good quality, comfortable shoes from reputable stores like Lucky Feet Shoes. 😉

I've been wearing custom orthotics from Lucky Feet for years and they're great. The service at Lucky Feet has always been knowlegeable and helpful. Just recently I brought my adult son who's been having feet soreness issues in with me and once again Sheree was very helpful.

Stephanie did a terrific job of giving us all the options. She was patient and allowed us to try on many different styles in different ways which were perfect for my grandson who’s just starting to hit the trails.

I went in knowing what shoe I was looking for. Daily was very welcoming the minute I walked in and was familiar with the shoes I wanted. She was so helpful during my time shopping in the store. I was happy that the store had the exact shoe I wanted in stock and I am glad that I came here for the shoes! I also got the shoe protectant that Daily recommended. I can’t wait to use my shoes. I highly recommend Lucky Feet Shoes!

My feet were hurting as I was going into Mothers and decided to walk in here. Cheri was eager to help and sized me and brought a bunch of options. Walked away purchasing my first Hokas and my feet were definitely happier! Thanks Cheri!

Cheri is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in guiding me to the most comfortable shoes I needed for trail walking and most importantly the correct size. I had no clue I needed a wide and boy what a difference that has made! I also bought a great looking and comfy pair of sandals. Thank you for your great customer service!

Cheri is amazing. I got Orthodics created here for my high arches. She is so understanding of the discomforts a person can go through when they don’t have perfect feet like me. She also recommended very comfortable and cute wedges for my Asia trip and they worked out so well! I’m a fan!

Walked in told Cheri how difficult it is to choose shoes due to my disability. She said challenge accepted and did something my foot doctors have had trouble with. End of story I walked out with a pair and Cheri was wonderful.

Cheri, Store Manager was fantastic! With having supination feet, and having a lot of pain. She fixed my problem within minutes. Thank you Cheri, now I'm pain free and highly recommend this place.

Lucky feet shoes are awesome. For my plantar faciitis problem. I get the shoes I need at this store I always buy my shoes at this place. Staff help me with courtesy and compassion. Thank to Clarissa Esparza she was very patient and helpful.

Love this store. I have had problem feet for the past 10 years and always had difficulty finding the proper shoes. The store manager Cheri was fantastic. She had the patience to try many different shoes and inserts till we got it right. They have earned a lifelong customer.

So happy I stopped by Lucky Feet today. I have Morton’s Neuroma in my left foot and Luisa helped me find tennis shoes that I can use while exercising and also walking shoes for daily wear. I have the most difficult time finding shoes that don’t hurt my feet and Luisa was so helpful by recommending and providing multiple shoes to try on so I could determine which shoes I was comfortable in and wanted to purchase. I will be back to purchase shoes for work soon. Thank you Luisa!
