I went to Santa Rosa Dental receptionists were very Friendly and Helpful the Dr made me feel like at home they were excellent I would recommend this Dentist to everyone .

I've been going here for about a year now and everyone in the office is so friendly. My appointment is always on time I never wait past my appointment time. I expressed that I needed accommodations for GAD and they were so incredibly patient and made me feel relaxed. It has also been no issue to move my appointment times if something comes up. Excellent!

Dr. Camones and his staff are all great. They make you feel comfortable, they are friendly, and helpful. Dr. Camones is comprehensive when explaining the treatment that is needed, and gave me possible options if available. He was gentle throughout the whole process and makes you feel like you’re the only patient in the world.

Great dentists and very friendly staff. If you have the opportunity to check 'em out, definitely recommend. Fairly transparent on billing as well. Flexible on payments and pay plans as well, should the need arise.

This is my first time here and everyone is really friendly! They made me feel welcomed and made me have a great experience. Highly recommended!!

The Santa Rosa dental team is wonderful! The front receptionist has great communication and very sweet. The back staff knows how to get the job done. Everything was organized and well cleaned front and back. They know how to keep you calm especially if you don't like dental visits But overall I'm happy and satisfied with the outcome of my treatment. The whole team was great! So thank you wonderful staff you will be seeing more of me.

Been part of Santa Rosa dental since I was a kid. Never disappoints! Always friendly faces and smiles. Hard working staffs! especially Veronica. Once you step your foot in the door shes always with a friendly smile. She knows how to talk to you as friend but also knows how to make sure you get the right treatment done. As well as the back staff they know how to make you feel comfortable through any visit. The Doctors there are very knowledgeable, great with they hands and know how to do things right. The place is very sanitary. Cleaned up and smells great. Overall Wonderful staff, wouldn’t trade this for another dentist.

Always go to the dentist, it's a bit traumatic for me. But when I went, I had a nice experience. The clinic is very clean and everything is very organized, the staff is very professional, and they make you feel welcome. They answered all my questions I had. I hope to return soon to continue my dental treatment

I love this place it's very clean , when it comes to their follow up appointments they are awwsome! All people who works there are axxomodating and specially Ms. Veronica , she is so patient and nice ( I love her ! ) ... My Dentist is nice as well and she's doing a great job maintaing my teeth healthy .. Me and my family trust this clinic for almost 15 yrs now. More powers Santa Rosa Dental ! 🥰😊

I have been going to Santa Rosa Dental since I was a kid. Before they moved to this location, they were on Lincoln near the Anaheim Plaza! I’ve always had the best experience. The kindest staff. Vilma and Veronica always call to remind me of my appointments. Jose is also very nice and accommodating, I was cold and they offered a blanket for me! Dr. Kim is also very thorough and explains any conditions that she notices! Anywho, everyone always get me in and out fast, with the best work! I had a mouth guard recommended to me prior for my grinding and headaches, they’ve been so helpful. They even offer to shave the mouthguard for free because of the wear and tear from my use. Would recommend to anyone!

The office itself is very nice and clean. The staff is very very friendly. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and build a professional relationship with you. Doctor seems like she really knows what she is doing and is very straight to the point which I enjoy. I will probably continue coming to this place as long as I can. 5 stars !

It is my first time going into this dental clinic and I was extremely satisfied with the service. They performed XRAY and thorough examinations of all my teeth and explained to me in detail their findings and all that need to be done to my dental health. I told them what I only wanted and to be done during the day (deep cleaning and cavities removal/filling) and they were very accommodating. They were so diligent to reach out to my insurance to determine the scope of my benefits and explained to me how much should I only pay, make sure I agree first before they do the work. Shout out to Dr. Rohani and her assistants for doing a great job working on my teeth! I left the place happy and satisfied seeing how clean my teeth are, and I will be back for follow-up appointments!

I love bringing my kids here the staff is always welcoming and positive! They work with you on your availability which is so important when you have children with their ever changing schedules ! We especially love Veronica she is a sweetheart! I have also had a deep cleaning here and my experience was exceptional!

Very friendly dentist environment with dentist who care about you and your health

I’ve had a great experience at this location. They have been helpful explaining my insurance benefits. I decided to get braces and I am almost done with the process. Every visit, things are explained throughly. The front staff are helpful with scheduling appointments and I always get a text and call reminder. The back office staff are extremely productive. The main dentist knows his stuff. The facility is clean and well organized. It’s so important for a dentist office to be clean. I recommend Santa Rosa dental office to my friends and family all the time. I have my son also getting his cleaning here as well.

This is a review of my first visit (8/31/22) at Santa Rosa Dental Office in Anaheim: I just had my first appointment with Santa Rosa Dental Office in Anaheim and my experience was superb. From the expediency of an inquiry last week, to booking an appointment for this week and as I walk out of the office. Every staff was friendly, sympathetic and empathetic to my needs. The receptionist (I did not catch her name) who checked me in was cordial and respectful; José, who took my dental x-ray and provided me with aftercare was knowledgeable, has a very good attitude and work ethics; Dr. Rouhani is a wonderful and patient doctor. She made sure she explained everything to me and guided me all throughout my procedure. Carmen assisted me with my insurance, explained to me the cost and reinforced the dental hygiene instructions that I have to maintain and she made sure that my next appointment is set-up. Overall, my experience was pleasant and reassuring. I will definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking to establish a good relationship with a dentist and office staff.
Update: Shout out to Carmen, Amanda, Vero, Vilma, Jose, Dr. Rouhani and Dr. Camones. These are the good people at Santa Rosa Dental Office-Anaheim that provided me with experienced care on my second visit on 10/12/2022.

- Visit on 3/22/2023: Follow-up with Dr. Camones and Dr. Rouhani was a breeze. Veronica was at the reception with her smile greeting me upon my arrival. Jorge was a staple helping me settle and took my x-rays. Dr. Camones was convivial and professional. Explaining to me what his plan are going to be for my procedure. Dr. Rouhani was gentle always make my visit pleasant and is a calming presence to be around with with her professionalism. Carmen is my go to person for questions pertaining to finances and she never fails to give me practical and sensible advice. Again, Santa Rosa Dental Office-Anaheim delivered what they promised: a pleasant, professional, friendly and quality service. Shout out to the new office personnels and dental hygienists that I met but did not catch their names. Good luck to you all.

I'm grateful they saw me without an appointment as I needed extraction really bad the doctor and staff were friendly. One of the staff Veronica even double check on my insurance as I was provided the wrong dental coverage 😑 error by the company. It was extremely clean and the staff made me feel better with everything as I was extremely nervous once again thank you.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. I missed filling out one form and they caught my oversight with tact. The dentist was SO knowledgeable and showed me things about my teeth that no one else has. And she gave me options for next steps, after being very informative. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dentist office!

Highly recommend. Staff makes everything very comfortable and enjoyable and the communication for appointments & follow ups is a great plus too.

Santa Rosa Dental is a pleasant, appealing and professional atmosphere. They were fully staffed and upon arrival you are greeted with a warm and friendly smile... it's a place where everyone there seems to know your name!! I've never had to wait more than a few minutes before being escorted back into an examination room were a large screen TV kept me entertained with a good movie (i.e., TNT channel) while my examination and cleaning is being done. The hygienist Jose' was super-friendly, brotherly-caring and interested in my well-being and any concerns I had. Dr. Eunice Choi was like a "parental" doctor/dentist taking concern about any issues I had and giving me counsel and advice on protecting my teeth and gums from future major issues and explaining procedures that might need to be done, so that I can be cautious and careful about gum and bone loss, and keeping my teeth clean. I was put on a periodontal treatment program, requiring me to come every 3 months, and the billing person Veronica was happy to work with me to make it easier for me to afford out-of-pocket expenses for two add'l appointments (per year) that were not covered by my particular insurance. The Santa Rosa Dental office truly has a sense of genuine care and concern over my personal well-being and make you feel like you're a relative--a part of their dental family. I think they can proudly say "This Is Us" your friendly-family dental place. I highly recommend Santa Rosa Dental.
