A-1 Coin Op Laundry

My washing machine decided to stop working this week, so have to pick a coin laundry place near my house. This place has a huge variety of washers and dryers machine. I came by on a Wednesday afternoon and the place is super empty. I used one of the commercial washing machine for $4.50 for 27 minutes and regular one for $2.25 for 33 minutes. Oh and they have machine to change out quarters and selling detergent.

Love this place. Its very clean, and has a sink to wash hands.

When in the evening around 5:30 on a Tuesday it’s super clean no one was around. The laundry attendant lady was super nice. It was my 1st time to this laundry mat and she gave me a laundry fabric bag brand new still in wrapping. She explained the rules to me. It was a nice peaceful time at the laundry mat

I found this place to have the best prices, it was very clean, and the lady who owns this place, happened to be there when I was doing my laundry. She said hello and asked me how I was doing. She was very nice and showed genuine concern for her customers. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because its not open 24 hours.
With prices starting at $1.75 to wash and it only takes 1 quarter to start the dryers, you wont find anything as affordable and as high quality as this place. The vending machine items are $0.85 on average, another excellent feature. Other places charge up to $2.00 for a can of soda or bag of chips. Regarding those other reviews, I doubt if it was under the same ownership when those people had their experiences- mine was quite the opposite.

This is my second visit to this laundromat today is Friday April 14th my last review was about six weeks ago I couldn't find another place to leave a separate II review so I'm editing the first review to leave 2 reviews

april 14th 2017 I experienced the most Stellar service from the owner and the employees they were so super nice to me- I'm not even kidding they helped me with everything pretty much they helped me load my clothes into the bags and into my car - it's super clean and the place is safe the snacks are not overpriced the laundry is not overpriced either it's only $0.25 to dry. I recommend this place for cleanliness and Stellar customer service.

Rosie, the operator is very sweet. The machines are clean and there are plenty of baskets.

Not usually crowded and lots of machines

Sometimes you have to be careful with the floors being slippery and sometimes runs out of paper towels and sinkwater.

Don't go to this laundry. Manager closes earlier than stated and will have people threatening to beat you up. Would never come here.

Went to do a few loads and my 6 year old son had to go to the potty. I just saw the worker lock the bathroom door when i called out to her, she said it was for customers only. I said i am a customer and he has to go real bad, by this time he was trying to hold it but had crossed legs... i said to her to unlock the door or hes going to pee on the floor. She then said she didn't have the key (lie) she pointed to the owner inside the office door who was on the phone and waved me off. By this time my poor son was crying and lost it on the floor. The owner continued to ignore me and would not even look me in the face although i repeatedly asked are you the owner and are you ignoring me? As i had no other option at the time and my son covered in urine, i had to use his machines to get my son cleaned up and left. The machines work good but the people do not. After they saw me loading the dirty clothes in the wash, the owner came over and said we could use the bathroom. No apology to me or my son, no concern for his embarressment. So machines work, but the staff is useless and cold.

This place used to be good about 2 years ago. This place is now a dump. The majority of the machines are out of order, loud annoying country music, huge roaches, and the last but not least, so many mosquitos are now flying and I was bitten by them. I will be putting a complaint with the BBB. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!

Hours are 6am-930pm. Got here at 730am. Door still locked.

The owner of this place thinks clearly that this is just a money mashine .costumer service equals zero.i come here since 6 weeks and spend money here ,clean up after myself and never cause any problems .but when I ask for the restroom then since 6 weeks the same answer .the restroom is not working .it's clear that they just to lazy to clean .this place is not worth the money you spend here .I absolutely not recommend this place
