Mr. Rubio, Chris, was so friendly, always prompt, and he never pushed like some of those realtors do. He was excited for me and wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. So when I didn’t choose this house he was making the game plan for the next one. There are so many realtors out there but I tell you- Chris is in it for more than the money. Chris has the insight and experience to guide us through a difficult escrow. We got multiple offers the first weekend and ultimately accepted one of the above asking offers.
