Jen and Geoff Tackney did a stellar job throughout the process of selling our parents’ home. They educated us about and then walked us through all the necessary steps involved in the home sale and were super helpful with all the critical timing and schedule details, particularly related to the contingency, offer, and counter-offer process. They also gave us great suggestions about what to repair in the home and gave us excellent recommendations for home inspectors, special item appraisers, and termite inspectors. The escrow and title companies they used were outstanding too. Their advice related to setting the initial sale price of the home was on point. The way they staged the home prior to the open houses and private showings made a huge difference as well. I highly recommend Team Tackney due to their great communication and responsiveness, attention to detail, expertise, and negotiation skills.

The Tackney’s have been kind enough to donate to Pacifica’s dance team. They have never tried to solicit their services to us in exchange. (Although I would not hesitate to use them if the need arose.) They have given from the kindness of their hearts. This donation is VERY much appreciated by our team but largely goes unnoticed by most. I just wanted to share that aside from being great realtors, they support the community.

Geoff and Jen Tackney sold our home in West Garden Grove, for a record price. I can’t express my gratitude enough, from the moment we met with them I knew we were in good hands. My Team Tackney experience was the best! Jen and Geoff helped sell my mom's house after she passed away in 2020. As you can assume, that was a very hard time for my siblings and I. The Tackney's made the process as easy as possible. They walked us through all our options and helped us through the transition. Jennifer helped me arrange an Estate Sale, a cleaning crew, and a trash haul away service. Jennifer staged furniture as needed to help sell the home. On top of all that, we had an offer (5K above asking) within the first weekend. So with selling a home being one of the most stressful times and adding having to settle my mom's estate on top of that, having Team Tackney to guide my siblings and I was a God send. They are the best and I will not hesitate to use them again!

Team Tackney sold my sister's place in August 2022', as my sister passed away unexpectedly. Her place was in Leisure World Seal Beach. It was a very emotional time for me to say the least. (They also sold our home one year earlier (2022), in West Garden Grove. They were terrific with the emotional attachment we had on our home, over 22 yrs. worth!)
