Asset Management Real Estate

I recently rented from Asset Management and I have never been more impressed with a property management company. Tiffanie was amazing, friendly, personable and professional. She is definitely a great “asset” to the company. 😅 I notice there are a lot of negative reviews which is absolutely bizarre to me because I have never had any issues come up that they didn’t resolve immediately. (Shout out to the maintenance man) If you are wanting to rent from somewhere then DO NOT let the negative reviews persuade you into going elsewhere. Asset Management is the bees knees. I would rent from Asset Management again and I recommend Asset Management to friends and family.

Ive rented from asset Management basically the entire time I’ve been in Cedar and it has been a great experience. They work with you if you work with them. The second time renting from them went so smoothly. I needed to find a place ASAP and luckily they had one. And it was recently updated and for a responsible price. Wifi always worked well thankfully. The exciting process was super easy

I lived in WillowBrook student housing for three years and it was one of my favorite parts about college. WillowBrook may be old but having a queen bed, private bathroom and walk in closet is amazing. The college atmosphere makes it the perfect place for every college student. Asset makes it easy to pay rent, great at staying on top of maintains requests and is very helpful when it comes to roommate problems, loud neighbors and much more. Lots of people have problems with Asset Management but as long as you follow the contract, which isn't hard, you will have no problem! If I went back in time, I wouldn't change anything! Thank you Asset for being apart of my amazing college experience!

Honestly, these guys have been absolutely fine to work with. The office ladies may seem a little rude at first but if you are nice to them the are much more willing to help you with any problems you have.
In our experience maintenance can take some time to get to your place sometimes. Just keep calling and politely reminding them if this is the case for you.
I want to note one experience so future tenants will understand why repairs MAY take so long. We had a broken dryer over the holidays and it took 3 weeks to replace it HOWEVER, this was not the fault of Asset or the ladies in the office it was the fault of the owner (whom asset manages the apartment for) of our specific property who was out on vacation and would not get back to Asset to OK the replacement because it was over $100. From what I understand Asset has to get approval from the property owners if repairs are over a certain price.
**The new maintenance guy (Chasen) is a lot more responsive and easier to work with than the old guy.
A lot of the bad reviews are saying their apartment was not as advertised... As a rule of thumb I suggest you set up an appointment to tour the place before you sign any contract with any apartment place.
As far as security deposits go, we haven’t tried to move out yet so we don’t know.

We have been a client of Asset Management Real Estate for 20 years. Debbie and her staff have been exemplary in managing our properties, dealing with our tenants as well as orchestrating any repairs or maintenance.
We actually hired her and her firm before we purchased our property.
We could not be more happy or pleased with her professionalism and service heart. Any less tha favorable reviews must be originating from tenants, which should tell you all you need to know.

I was skeptical about renting through Asset due to reviews found on here, but I shouldn't have let those reviews confuse me. Asset was incredible in finding us a place to live that we could afford in less than a week and was there to help with whatever problem we had. I’m honestly not sure why people are saying that those who put higher ratings are being paid to post good reviews, that’s just ridiculous. If you take care of the place they were generous enough to allow you to rent and treat them with respect, they will do the same. My husband and I took care of the place, cleaned it exactly the way they wanted from the list they provided, and received our deposit back. Whenever we had a question, we went to them right away with it and they helped us through everything. I have recommended Asset to my friends and will continue to do so.

Asset has been wonderful to work with. We rented a home from them for the past 3 years and have always been more than helpful in regards to anything we needed. Maintenance was always very responsive and any issues we brought up were immediately fixed. When we had to move in the middle of our lease they worked with us in finding a new tenant right away and left us with no worries. I highly recommend Asset Management.

I was in desperate need of a new place and when I found the right one, Elena, Tiffany, and Debbie went above and beyond to help me get in as soon as possible.

Was very simple to connect their web site and pay my rent. Answered all my questions and very simple process.

Asset Management has been my landlord for almost 3 years now. For these past 3 years, they have been so wonderful to me and would work with me or help me out with anything that I need. People have had bad experiences with them because they didn’t tell Asset Management about the problem right away, did not follow the contract, or left their apartment/room a mess. As long you follow everything, Asset won’t have a problem with you and your living experience will be great

I love asset management compared to other renting managements. ERA and steed Corey were always a nightmare to deal with, but I haven't had any problems with Asset. The house I recently moved into wasn't in the best shape because of previous renters but they management has always been super sweet and caring. Especially since my brother passed away suddenly and I had to move. They have always been decent to me.

Everyone here is so easy to work with. They are always incredibly nice when we drop off our rent and they remember who we are every time we go in. If you are a good tenant that takes care of the house and drops rent off on time then they just let you be, which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend renting through Asset! :)

READ THIS ONE! The only reason Asset Managment has bad reviews is because SO MANY people complain about getting in trouble for...... -get this-...... breaking the rules. (Boom, mind blown).

Asset Management is an exceptional business with great landlords who care for their tenants, and their apartments. As long as you take care of your place, pay your rent on time, and don’t break the rules you will love having Asset Management as your landlords. Service requests are processed and fixed quickly with an experienced maintenance staff. I would recommend Asset Management to anyone I know. I want to thank them for 3 great years of quality service.

CAUTION: These bad reviews are deceiving!

We are entering our 4th year with AMRE. These ladies offer clean, safe residences to people who cannot afford the overpriced, boom-town offerings of other leasing companies. We have rented 2 nice homes from them as well a bargain apartment or our nephew.

When you offer bargains, like AMRE, you often get people who don't pay their rent on time, or expect a palace for the price of a shack. Don't be fooled! Complainers post, happy customers usually don't.

As the president of the Cedar City Townhomes, one of the HOA's management by Asset Management Real Estate, I want to give the highest review to Debbie and her staff for their integrity and professionalism. Recently we had a local lawn service provider try to bully the HOA into paying exorbitant fees for services they said they were under contract to perform, however, they could never produce the said contract. Debbie saved the HOA hundreds of dollars for work that was never asked to be done. The service provider harassed the HOA for months without ever producing a contract. Debbie protected the HOA from extortion and saved us from paying for services we had not authorized.

Asset has been a great property management company to rent from, they are extremely helpful, kind and are very realistic about there expectations . Any problem I have ever had they have jumped on immediately and made my life easier. Take care of your place and they take care of you . Thank you for everything

We rented from Asset Management and were very satisfied with their service. We had a few items that needed to get fixed and they were taken care of really fast. Every time I've called or went in to pay rent they have been very nice

As a landlord, She has Always looked out for My best interest, not the tenant's side. Any landlord should consider letting manage your rental.

Awesome place, got approved and just need to pick a property you like once approved. Tiffany is great, very helpful and patient.
