Scott was recommended by several people who I had reached out to at a time when I needed someone I could trust to change my Medicare advantage plan to continue receiving some very important urological
therapy after my previous insurance stopped being accepted by the hospital my urologist worked out of. This happened midstream during this important therapy. I am a high maintenance person who can get very stressed out. Scott knows EVERYTHING about health insurance and was able to take that stress away by making and taking the time to be sure that I signed on to the the best plan available. Have been helped by Scott and Sarah. Both are very patient and knowledgeable about health insurance. I just got Medicare and wanted to know what to do next.
They both have encyclopedic knowledge of local providers, co-pays and coverage. Everything Sarah told me happened exactly as she said, including errors my selected provider usually made.
