You could not ask for a better dental practice than what Dr. Guang has going at Healthy Smiles. All of my cleanings have been gentle and effective. I recently had a few fillings replaced and it was painless and easy. I never wait to be seen, and they are thorough and patient when I ask about all the tools. They also have a text system that reminds you of your appointments when you inevitably forget about the cleaning you scheduled 6 months ago. The practice also has televisions at each chair that allows you to watch TV as you're being worked on. I found a lifelong dentist here.

The entire staff is extremely welcoming and patient. They always follow up on appointments. Dr. Huang is very skilled and very kind and caring during procedures. They're immediately up front about a treatment plan and costs if you need multiple visits to complete the work. My experiences have been nothing short of fantastic at this office.

Dr. Guang and his staff are very friendly. His office is contemporary and relaxing. I no longer feel afraid or tense in the dental chair as I had with previous dental experiences. Dr. Guang and the hygenist were so gentle and do such a great job. I have never had such a great experience. I especially appreciate Dr. Guang's honesty and compassion. I live 54 miles away, but I believe it is worth the drive for excellent care!

Be careful of the questionable pricing by the receptionist. I needed to re cement a loose crown and chose Dr. Guang as he did a great job on the same operation last year. (This is using the current crown.) Last year, I paid $155 for the operation which included X ray that costs $65. This year I did not have the X ray and will still charged $155. When I questioned the receptionist, she just looked straight at me and said the price went up for the operation. I tried to get a clear answer but just gave up as the receptionist stuck to her story.

I really feel bad about giving a negative review for Healthy Smiles clinic as Dr. Guang is a really good doctor. However, the experience left me frustrated due to the receptionist's attitude which was polite but dishonest. I recommend getting quotes from other dental clinics before going.
