Got problem with car on our family trip. Ryan went out of his way to help me in time even though he also have unexpected situation arise at the shop. Thanks to him, our trip was saved and we did not miss the ferry.

We have our older work vans and personal vehicles serviced here and it’s always an absolute pleasure! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Also appreciate the transparency when things may need “off-island work” and second opinions👍🏻💪🏽 🚗!

Good work. The tire manufacturer they ordered my tires from only sent three out of the four. Lugnut automotive quickly called the manufacturer and had them overnight the tire. Lugnut automotive installed the 4th without having to schedule a 2nd appointment once they received the 4th tire. And without any additional charge. A quick fix for someone elses mistake. Great job putting the customer first!

Our battery died in the ferry and these guys were fast, informative, and very helpful when we pulled in to see what was the problem. They didn't immeditely try to sell me a battery but instead took the time to test it even though it was almost closing time. Great friendly service!

My wife and I were touring the San Juan Islands on our boat and the belt came off. we limped it into Friday Harbour and found that the idler bully shattered. the marine store couldn't get the part for 2 days. I went to Napa and they were unwilling to help me find the idler pulley. I explained to him that it was a gm pulley. His response was I have 60 boxes of pulley in the back and I will be dammed if I'm going to go through them. Not impressed with them. I walked to Car Quest. 10 minutes later I had the part I needed. So pleased with the attitude and willingness to help me get my problem solved. two thumbs up. highly recommend Car Quest.

Such a service oriented business. I came in with a flat tire at the end of the day, and they were able to help me out. Huge relief. Ends up I didn't have the tools in the car to change it out myself. They are following up to make sure I have what I need.
