The closest one to me. Still, the office is clean, and everyone is efficient in what they do. I'm in and out. Even when there is a line it dwindles at a reasonable rate of speed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quite welcoming.

I haf a great experience with this place. My worker was Rosario Rubio. She was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my son and I got the housing we needed within one month time. They only advice I can give you is to be persistent and patient. These workers are way overworked and are trying to help a good amount of people all at once.

All I can say is that I am greatly appreciate Linda H. She is an amazing person, she came and met with me explained how everything works. By the time Linda H left from talking with me I was so at ease and I truly feel in my heart that I will be in a place shortly. Linda goes out of her way to help with every part of this process. I would be a complete mess if it were not for all the time and energy that Linda has put into explaining and walking me threw this. I think if people could take a few pointers from Linda H things might run a lot smoother. Thank u Linda H you are a god send.

Hello to whom it my apply to, I must say I had a excellent encounter with the agency. They have rules mandated by the federal government. I waited for 7 years after my meeting with my Social worker everything went well. I'm very grateful. THANKS....

First off I forgot my mask, they had one for me. I had an appointment at 9:00 am, got there 10 minutes early. I was seen immediately and was done at 9:00. A very nice experience.

Friendly service. The process was straightforward and professional. They followed through when I call in with questions and concerns. Alexia from project based made me feel comfortable during the process. Thank you personally

Very friendly workers and very fast and knowledgeable service, even the security guard was very nice and professional, I forgot about the mask mandate and they provided me with one. It was nice to go to a county ran building where people actually made me feel welcome and not like I'm just trying to get a hand out, even though I kind of am lol.

Very helpful person at front window. She answered questions and assisted in making certain paperwork was correctly submitted. Her service is above what we expected. After years of waiting, a great relief to seek help.

I spoke a responsible, caring,and attractive woman named Natsha. I was abel to take care of my housing situation in just minutes and missed being stuck in traffic OMG!Thank you Riverside Co. Housing Authority.

Love this place they all have been so helpful supportive and always call me back and give me the information I need to answer my questions and needs. Every person that I have talked to from front office my workers and inspection workers have been polite and helpful thank you for helping me and my family in our time of need.

Pretty easy website to navigate through. Thank You for all the information. Being a single disabled Mother & Grandmother we tend to Appreciate the easy things at our age.

It's closed for the public so if you need to drop off paperwork you have to do it thru the mail drop off only

Housing Angels.. This group of people do out standing work.. Very loving people hear. And Housing works with 1000's of people and apartment complexes.. Top end people..
