San Juan County Fairgrounds

Annual county fair going on. Different events on different days. Great arts exhibits. Good food vendor selections. Minimal rides and games for the youngsters.

We have been coming to the island for over 20 years now and this was our first time staying at the fairgrounds. It was great! Especially with our autistic children and elopement being a problem, this place was wonderful! It is fenced and has a playground and skate park, along with restrooms, included hot showers and RV hook ups. Loved it!

Cute well thought out fairground with fun and educational things for all ages. Combined from all the Islands, this fair is great for locals as well as visitors. Pictures a

A lovely place walking distance from Friday Harbor. It has everything! A versatile skate park, a play area for the little kids, an adorable Gazebo, venues for music or theater, and even a campgrounds area.

This is a little gem of a place off the normal places to camp. There are 8 RV sites which you can dry camp or park. The bathrooms are super clean and the camp host is great. There is WIFI for camping guest that is very strong and fast. The views of the sound are great from spots 2-4. The others are in the trees which is OK. You're just a short walk to downtown so no-need to drive anywhere once you park.

Had an appt. to get my Booster shot there. Wow! What great volunteers. Nice, polite, well informed. Made the appt. easy. Thank you all for your time and good humor.

Small but well situated for camping with water and electric hookups on San Juan island. Friendly staff. I got there right after the fair and the place was understandably a mess. A job well done after a few days.

The fair was small but the people were very welcoming. The animals were well taken care of, but the art and crafts were amazing. Some very talented people on the islands apparently.

They try so hard for little areas they have and they do a great job I do wish County Fair was back like it used to be back in the day it's so small and overpriced and and down to like for rides maybe six with the baby rides but they do wrestling in the same area that they do the roller skate which Lance is the coach of that and that is wonderful wonderful best thing ever going to start with that appreciate all your efforts super cheap place to rent for birthdays the inside of the big warehousing

Home of the quintessential San Juan County fair. This venue also host a myriad of local events, including family skate night, kids events and camping.

Love you fair in August. Well with planning a visit around the fair. Chicken Race and Zucchini 500 should not be missed.
