Came here as an emergency for tooth pain. I was able to get accommodated in such short notice. They are very nice and professional staff. Also the doctor was extraordinary. Not only did he walk me through the procedure of my root canal and crowns, but he made sure I did not feel a thing. I am so impressed. I dread dental appointments. This guys is the man 5 star. Make sure to ask for Dr. Tavakoli he is definitely my new dentist. Never had this kind of experience at a dental office.

I had radiation therapy done on my head and my teeth suffer from that. Ive had 3 teeth pulled by different dentist at different times. I was ready to get them all pulled because of the pain and I thought they were that bad. I first came here when they were Designer Dentistry in Rialto and told the dentist that i want t them all pulled and he said my teeth weren't that bad. He could fix them right up. I love them here. They are super nice and the dentist is real gentle. (I could never remember his name) He dims the lights for me when I have to wait to get numb for a procedure or am waiting for a mold to set because he actually listened to my story and knows i get headaches easily. I became a regular patient even bringing cookies when I baked them. So far Ive had 2 partials done and he sent me to the best root canal specialist in Rancho. Its been a long time since I've had no pain but ever since I've been coming here I have had none. I just have to go back for my third partial. The prices aren't too bad either. I actually applied for care credit at their office and thats what I pay with.

Best OFFICE Ever. The staff are wonderful and the dentists are very caring. Prices are reasonable. I do know how my insurance works and they explain my benefits and co-payments. I needed lot of dental work and made me comfortable.

I have had work done here and I did not feel the angst of most dentists. The level of service and amenities of this office are incomparable. I have Delta Dental as well and have never had to pay out of pocket for any of the work performed.The dentists and staff are professionals who provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the contentment of knowing that the doctors who perform the procedures are all experienced and well trained.

Dr Tavakoli is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever seen. He is gentle, very smart, explains everything and all the staff are so so sweet, I love the atmosphere. He has done multiple root canals, crowns and fillings and all are 5 star ⭐!!! I’m so glad I found him.

Worst place I have ever been to. The People are rude and unprofessional. They try and lie about everything, like that I had 7 cavities. Good thing I got a second opinion from a real dentist. They try and up sell medication, three hundred dollar toothbrushes, and everything they can. I know the dentist is young and is probably in a lot of debt, but that is not the way to build client tale. I finally had it when I was talking to the hygienist and told me that they were rushed to get us out in 30 minutes... What!! we pay the full price we should get the full time; minimum of an hour to do the job right! I am not a dentist, but I have gone to the dentist plenty of times to know how long it takes. Don't do a half job!! bottom line if you want to be cheated then go here!

Don't go here. It's like a welfare place and the equipment is outdated and from the 70s. The place next door belongs to them, and they don't advertise that. I was there for 4 hours and I never saw them sanitize anything- several people sat in the front office and they didn't wipe anything down. The front office manager openly argued with most of the patients, and a lot of them left unhappy. Find another dental office.

This place is terrible!! Would never recommend, they are slow first of all. They take forever and overbook to see their patients. I had an appointment at 4pm and had them take my xrays for my teeth and it took over 2 hrs. They did not even do the general teeth cleaning. So unprofessional.

It is unfortunate to have a bad experience, I came to my 4:30 appointment made a payment of $400 dollars for a procedure that I really need. In my time there I was moved from room to room... I think I saw all the episodes of flip or flop... until the doctor came over to numb one part of my mouth and had me wait for over an 1 hour. I decided to walk away at 8:45pm.

Personas super deshonestas, estoy en coleccion por que supuestamente mi aseguranza no cubrio todo mi tratamiento, pero el día de mi cita ellos supuestatamente se comunicaron con mi aseguranza y cubria todo lo que necesitaba, yo solo pague ese mismo dia lo que me correspondia para no quedar a deber nada. Semanas después me mandan un bill a lo cual yo hablo para preguntar de que se trataba y me dicen que el dia de mi cita ellos me dieron un estimado de lo que cubria mi aseguranza. ( "estimado" ) MENTIRAS, nunca me dijeron eso, ellos se comunicaron con mi aseguranza fue un error de ellos que quieren que yo pague. Tengan mucho cuidado en este lugar. Próximamente yo haré la demanda por que mi recibo de pago en balance dice cero Dls. Perdieron un cliente y espero con este testimonio la gente no valla a a solicitar servicios con gente deshonestas que no le importa dañar a otras personas.
