He ensured that the service history was up-to-date according to manufacturer recommendations and passed smog. His inventory is small but that’s because he only purchases cars that are in good working condition. His communication skills are on point, responding quickly to my calls/texts, and during price negotiations. He was very thorough when explaining the paperwork and the car mechanics, using simple terms that I could easily understand. June 2022 My son bought a 2009 tacoma 4x4 w 90k miles. Just as advertised. All routine maintenance was complete. Great truck, good condition, great value. 6 mos and 7k miles later all’s well and no issues. Brian was easy to deal with, straightforward, no games. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, the entire car buying experience from Brian McCartney has been outstanding. The pictures and video walkthrough of the car were on point and he explained what he had done to the car (and provided copies of the invoices to prove it) so that we would not have a big surprise expense later on down the road. The price we saw on the website was the price that we paid. No hidden fees whatsoever. Since we drove 4.5 hours to purchase the vehicle, we kept in constant contact throughout and even saved the vehicle for us once we had committed to purchasing the vehicle. The nicest touch was the final walkthrough of the vehicle and making sure all the lights, radio, AC, and everything else were in working order before driving it off the lot. I purchased a 2003 Honda CR-V from Brian in January 2020 and have now had the vehicle for almost 6 months.

Brian was really pleasant throughout the process. I was shopping for the car alone and it is my first vehicle, so I was definitely nervous about the process. Brian was consistently professional. I feel I received a fair price on the car and all was honest regarding it.

Having had the car for 6 months now it has been in for expected scheduled maintenance and an oil change so has been inspected by a mechanic both prior to my purchasing and after putting some miles on it. The mechanics that have inspected it were really shocked at what great shape the car is in and were in agreement that it was a good buy.

It's been a great purchase that I'm really happy with. I would absolutely recommend Brian when shopping for a used vehicle. Based on my experience, he does a very solid job of hunting down older but reliable vehicles with low mileage for fair prices.

Great!!! Highly recommend. Brian is very profesional and extremely helpful. Helped me get a car loan with my low bad credit even when I thought it was imposible. He worked with me through my busy schedule and was available on call at all times of the week. I have the car for over a month now and runs like new, even when I drive it over 100+ miles 5-6 days a week. I would highly recommend Brian for your car buying needs.

I will always shop here first the next time I need a car. The value of the car exceeded the asking price. They worked with me holding the car after I showed interest until i could get approved through my lender and get the down payment together. They also provided shuttle service to the dealership from my home and back as well as to the bank for approval. Their customer service is way above and beyond and the cars are fairly priced. My car is in excellent condition, no issues. This dealer destroys all the preconceived notions about buying from a used car dealership.
