Salon 413 Hair Studio

This salon is a hidden gem in downtown Redlands! I was amazed on how welcoming and non-intimidating was the whole experience for me. In the past, i have visited well known “luxury salons” that are as boujee as the people that work there and it can be a bit intimidating. At this salon the staff was courteous and down to earth. The clientele ranges from young to more mature crowd. The place is clean and well air conditioned and the ambiance is just the right amount of friendly conversations noise coming from each work station. My hair stylist is Lindee she is great with colors, fades and cuts. She also does amazing braids and waxing of eyebrows. If you are curious to try a new hair dresser, I would ask for her and try her out. Overall I had a great experience taking a chance on this place. It’s also because I’m not hard to please and I’m easy going with service professionals.

I got a recommendation from a friend to reach out to Emily from this salon to do a trial for my wedding. After the trial I knew she was the perfect person for the job :) I couldn’t have asked for a better hairstylist to do my hair, my families and bridesmaids hair. She did such a great job and everyone looked so beautiful. She even took mimosas and fruit which was the perfect touch to getting ready the day of my wedding! She was so professional and flexible and understanding of what everyone wanted!

I had my appt with Emily, a blonde specialist and she did not disappoint! I’ve never been happier walking out of a salon, thank you Emily :)

The online appointment system is great, no needing to call to make an appointment. Lindee any me a personal text to confirm my appointment and ensure I was all set. This was my first visit and I will be back.

Im gonna put this in the nicest way but i payed so much for a haircut and highlights but the "highlights" aren't even there. It just looks like something i could've done at home:( Still the salon looks nice like people enjoy it, Just not me.
