Aldo is such a a great worker. He was polite and courteous. Keep up the great work.. My daughter, son and I had a great experience today.

I used the drive thru to order my Icd Carml Macch and it was fast. Also, I really appreciated the nice employee who was at the window, she answered my question & was friendly. The drink was delicious too!

Friendly staff. Immediately was offered a pup cup for my dog. She was with me and forgot Starbucks had those treats.

I have to put this out there, thank you so much to the staff here! They ALWAYS get my order right and are very courteous and helpful!! Today I was having a bad morning just walked out with a fresh start!! Thank you ALL again, staff is wonderful!!!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! When they run out of items you want they do their best to lead you to a similar item. Parking is ok drive thru gets very packed in the morning and in the afternoon. During summer i recommend you get your refreshers as early as you can because if you go later in the day they tend to sell out.

I had an issue getting an order, I called yesterday (10/31 around 5 pm) and spoke to a manager (very sweet young lady from the sound, I wish I got her name), but she replaced my order absolutely no questions asked. When I arrived go get my food through the drive through I spoke with an employee named Jason. Now I was already having a really tough time and one could definitely see I was upset.Jason went above and beyond with customer service, giving me my food and double checking it, along with attempting to cheer me up a bit, just being an overall extremely kind person, and I was so appreciative of that. You guys are awesome and have some exceptional employees.

Should prioritize mobile and delivery services pickups. Too crowded and rude baristas sometimes.

Great service. Seemed to be very efficient in the short time I was there. The parking lot and drive thru situation could use some improvements. I was there at peak and received my coffee and beans in less than 3 minutes.

Great as usual, just the one on 2nd street is super packed. Staff is super nice and friendly. Always a good visit. 2 grande mocha frappuccino, a double chocolate chip mocha frappuccino, and a grande iced caramel upside down macchiato.

Would Shop Starbucks here daily if this 2023 economy would allow me but I have never experienced a bad food service atmosphere except for when order from this location on Postmates but going to location A++ in my opinion hope this helps

Relaxed and clean space. It's small. This Starbucks didn't seem to provided the best space to hang out in. Its more for ordering and being on your way. But the staff was very friendly and I have no complaints. Our order was just what we wanted.

Love coming here! The baristas are always so happy and fast at their job. The parking lot is a little sketchy but that's not their fault. I do feel though that there should be security at this location. Keep up the good work guys!!

This Starbucks is just like any other Starbucks I've been to. I get good quick service no matter the location. They've never mess up my order, although I always order a popular frappuccino. Everyone is always friendly no matter how busy the place is. I prefer to go inside if the drive thru is full, the service seems faster.
