Boba Tea House

Boba Tea House is easily my absolute favorite boba in the Inland Empire. I especially love it because they make the best tasting concoction’s compared to other boba companies, and they have the most adorable branding! They really live up to their motto of adding a smiles in every cup!

They have another location in Riverside, that I frequent. There is a make-shift parking spot near the business but it also becomes dangerous being that it’s so close to the street entry/exit.

With COVID-19, they’ve made ordering their much easier on their website with pickup. They’re also available on Door Dash (depending on location), which I’ve used. It’s definitely way pricier but who could resist their delicious drinks?

It's a small boba shop with lots of foot traffic. Go in early in the morning or an hour before they close in the late afternoon. We went there for a few drinks and sat down to talk. Lots of people sitting down to chat or just to stay out of the sun. It was a great place to go again. It also had very interesting flavors! I really recommend the mocha blended one!!

This place is awesome. I love placing phone orders and pick up in timely manner. All drinks are good and prices are fair.

You have to visit Boba Tea House. If you have not visit this place you are missing out. I have lived in Loma Linda for about 3 years. Everyone I know, knows were Boba tea house is and how good it is. I love the fried calamari with my boba. The popcorn chicken is a great snack too.

Love this place!! They have awesome boba drinks, my fav is the spiced chai milk tea. Also have great food and apps, their mozzarella sticks are always perfectly fried. Customer service is top notch too, great place to get a boba and a bite!

We've been coming to this Boba Tea House since it opened years ago. It's always been consistently good, staff are always friendly, and the drinks are great! Royal milk tea slush with Boba is our usual, but other flavors are good too. Try it! You won't be disappointed!

Had a nice variety of drinks. Milk teas are non-dairy and the menu inside also shows what is decaf. Currently the place is to go only. There is also food options, but haven't tried those there.

Service was with a smile and great! Tea matching the service and was good! Tons of options and very quick. This isn't a sit down and have a private conversation kind of place. It's VERY busy all the time and have very limited parking.

Very efficient, polite and hard-working crew, this place has many flavours of milk tea, slushy, and juices etc. I also like the food. Healthy and tasty with good portion size. Their popcorn chicken is really great and can made spicy to taste. Overall, never had a dull moment here and this place is loved by many in this city so you will have to wait for few minutes in the queue 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really enjoy coming here. I usually come before my night shift to pick up lunch and drinks. They have a large variety of drinks and toppings to add in your drinks. They also have a variety of meals. As far as the meals go, I have only tried the tofu meal since I'm vegetarian. The tofu meal is really good. The staff is always nice and helpful. They work hard to get all the orders in and through a noisy and busy atmosphere. It does take a while for my orders to be ready. I usually wait between 20-25 minutes. I dont mind the wait since everything comes out great. If you're planning on going make sure you go in with the expectation of waiting a bit. They do make phone orders which helps a little.

I moved here 2 years ago and found this place when I USED to wahs next door. I used to only order the Mango with Boba but fell in LOVE with the Milk Tea with Boba they are delicious! The fried Calamari with the sauce is AMAZING TOO!!! I have not tried most of their menu but these things I have ordered have been super delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I always order my drinks before arriving because I get out of work late and it gets packed here after dark. Overall, this place gets 10 STARS & HIGHLY recommended. TRY IT! YOU'LL LOVE IT!

Best friendly staff, located near my job which is a huge plus, nice selection, fast service and delicious drinks. My favorite is the Taro milk tea with boba and the cookies and cream mocha with boba I also like the convenience of Apple Pay as well. HUGE plus!

Was my second time here and the drinks are amazing, it does get really packed here and the place is nice and clean. There's a girl who works there that is super sweet and friendly and always has a smile on her face, I'm not sure what her name is but she has long black hair a little tall and skinny, I recommend her as your cashier then the other girl with red hair and glasses. But other then that the drinks are really good and not a long wait, I recommend this place.
