It was tough to have my 4 month old son diagnosed with head flattening and a strong recommendation for a helmet from both our Pediatrician and after Hanger's assessment. Nonetheless, we felt like we were in very good care with Hosna Sharafi from the beginning -- she worked very quickly to get my son measured and fit for a helmet as 4-5 months old was an optimal time to start. She was encouraging and supportive throughout the treatment and quickly answered all questions. If your baby needs a helmet, you'll be in good hands with Hosna and Hanger Clinic!

We went to Hosna for a cranial helmet for our daughter. She was amazing from the beginning to the end. Very reassuring, professional, and knowledgeable. The process was actually harder for us than it was for the baby, she didn’t mind the helmet at all and was really cute in it and the bonus was that she had an extra protection on her head while she was starting to crawl/walk. At the end the results were amazing. Attached pictures are 3 months apart and show a humongous difference. Would definitely recommend Hosna and her expertise.

Seriously phenomenal customer service! This was my first time here and I understand the management is new. I was able to get right in thanks to a cancellation and I was better than new less than 30 minutes later. Issue resolved and I walked out on clouds. The gentleman who helped me (Jake) was professional and very knowledgeable about custom orthodics and even my specific medical issues. I was so impressed with the service provided I scheduled a future appointment to discuss an additional appliance that I had no idea even existed. It's really nice to have someone to call in the future for all my custom orthodic needs.

I have an unloader brace for my arthritic knee. They sized It correctly the first time with expertise and efficiency. While traveling, I screwed it up - they repaired it with no appointment and only 10 minute wait.

We regret getting our son's helmet here. We waited a month for an appointment thinking this was a norm wait time, but really it was because they didn't disclose no one works at this location who specializes in helmets. We finally got our helmet on December 13 and my son still can't wear it as of January 3. We have had been back twice for adjustments and it's still causing irritation. Now I can't get a hold of anyone at this clinic or mountain view to get it adjusted again. Incredibly disappointed at the malpractice and lack of care for children at this place.

i give the receptionist 5 stars, but your BOCO, Victor, a negative. He made the comment that shoes were for people who could walk, without consulting my insurance. My order was messed up so the visit was useless. Drove 40 miles to get there. Receptionist verified insurance. Sorry that I am disabled and in a wheelchair but he made me feel that I was less than a human being because at this point in time I cannot walk. I chose San Mateo for the high reviews. Never again. Cancel my August appointment.

I've been going here for years but I think it's time for change the people who work here do the best they can under the circumstances but when you don't have someone at the front desk answering the phones to make the operation happen then I guess you have no operation going on at all so I'm going in Monday to pick up my prescription and go and try preferred in Burlingame I can't carry on like this with my prosthetic leg the old one in very bad shape and getting the new one I have no idea when that would happen Hanger Clinic is really surprising me lately

May be OK for you but I drove 30 miles to learn that their ad doesn't state that they require insurance and prescription.
