I got a fantastic crate and barrel couch and travertine high table at TRIBE for a super good price. Deliverymen Josef and Diego were right on time, very professional, and provided great service.

Poor customer service model, but quality items with better prices. I ordered curbside for a sofa, took about a week to arrange. No phone number, so went to store several times to check in. Understaffed. Delivery person dropped couch by car parking, didnt bring to bottom of my stairs in apartment complex as discussed. Don't get the delivery if an individual consumer, overpriced and not good service. Just grab a rental truck.

Very disappointed. I bought a bed frame and I asked questions about damage. The seller never disclosed that there was significant structural damage and when I ask about negotiating a refund, they said I bought “as is”. Please be aware and ask the seller to disclose all damage. I will be disputing this with them, so I hope this prevents someone else from the same situation.

Items were of extremely poor quality. They were selling used toasters! Could visibly see the bread crumbs.

It was def not a liquidation sale like they had advertised. Waste of time

Bought a screen from them when I tried it at home it keeps turning off by itself I tried several times with it but it didn’t
I returned back to them they told me we don’t accept returns
Then they tried a different screen and It has the same problem

Don’t go there they will scam you

Brought a laptop and the battery doesn't work.. Cost of replacing the battery is more than the laptop itself... Feeling cheated from these guys
