Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable, Dr Sani explained everything and answered all my questions. It was a great first experience, I will definitely go back. Highly recommend them for your first time.

Dr. Sani did mole removal for me and my children using laser method. The procedures were quick and smooth thanks to his masterly skills. Now the moles have faded and healed, we are happy with the results. Dr. Sani is easygoing, funny, patient and skillful. I highly recommend him.

Great doctors, just wished they would give the full cost upfront. I ended up paying more than I thought I would need to.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I tried this location out a few months ago and the lady performing the Botox was very nice and the procedure went smoothly. The lady at the front desk informed me about an application to download on Google Play, that has deals and more information on their location. I had planned on getting quite a bit of work done, so this was a nice option. She also stated they would allow me to purchase another Botox Groupon and would honor it, therefore I purchased a secondary one. Today I called to schedule an appointment for my Groupon and additional work. I was informed by the lady that I could not use a secondary Groupon and that I needed to cash it in with Groupon. I informed her I was told by the front counter that I could use a secondary Groupon, but she would not honor it. I asked for the owner of the location so that I could explain what I'm going through, but the lady said she was the one in charge! Very unprofessional and this location just lost my business and my wife's! Just because I was using a Groupon does not mean that I do not have plenty of money! This is one of the worst experiences I have encountered with a business and highly caution this location. I feel bad because one bad receptionist could cost a business clients and reviews. There are many other locations to choose from so work on your customer service! Groupon refunded my money and I'm sure that doesn't look good on this location.

I visited them for a consult on hyperpigmentation on my arms.
Pros:
NP Kim was very sweet and listened patiently. She consulted me and offered to do a spot patch on BBL Laser on my arm.

Cons:
Unfortunately the setting on the laser was higher than the recommended strength and I got a burn scar that blistered. On coming back I did some reading about bbl and realized that there needs to be some cooling period after each flash which was not followed which led to my blister. So I feel that they lack experience

The receptionist Farah is very rude :(
I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse.
Also she's somehow responsible to give the pricing to patients and puts an awful front. I didnt want to deal with this place because I got a feeling they wont care/entertain any concerns given she's who I will have to deal with.

There's less structure to the pricing they charge, she gave me a quote nd then increased it about 20 mins later

for the owner who may read this - please look into the patients experience if you care about your business.

I had a very poor experience here. I had a 9am appointment for a treatment and the doctor didn't show up. The front desk staff kept telling me that the doctor will be there in 5 minutes but he didn't arrive until almost noon. I was left waiting for almost the entire morning. Because of that, when the treatment started the anesthetic cream almost worn out. This made the treatment extra painful. The worst part is that the doctor didn't seem to care about how much pain I was. He was extremely nonchalant and had zero empathy with his patient. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
