Zen Massage and Wellness Thai Massage

This place is phenomenal! The therapists do everything they can to make sure you have the best possible experience. My wife and I get massages everywhere when we travel, and this was one of our best experiences yet. The ambiance was great too and so was the tea we got after our massage. I HIGHLY recommend this excellent establishment.

I’ve had the best massages of my life here. I prefer more sports / physical therapy type massages and if I could go once a week (sadly I can’t) I think I could be an Olympic athlete (again, I can’t, but one can dream). Love this place. It’s clean, peaceful, professional and the skill level of the practitioners is unmatched. I walk out feeling calmer and stronger.

I just had my first massage here with Mint and it was fabulous. The Thai/Deep tissue combo was excellent. She bent me and twisted me until I have totally relaxed and then finished with a traditional deep tissue massage for relaxation. Definitely coming back!

We found this place by accident while walking around Healdsburg and decided to book a massage. It is located only a few blocks from the main plaza. The facility is new and very clean with a relaxed atmosphere. The massage was amazing and i would absolutely recommend for locals and tourists with sore bodies!

I highly recommend this massage center! Healdsburg was in need of an affordable, high-quality place for bday work. Sa is a total professional and her work was excellent. I got a deep tissue massage and asked to to lace in some Thai style work as well. She worked me hard and got in deep! I will definitely be back and am so happy to have this place in our town.

This is absolutely one of the best massages I've had ever. The facility is new, clean, and has a peaceful restorative vibe. I did online scheduling via their website which was very easy. Parking in Healdsburg was also easy. I specifically went in to get a stiff shoulder worked on, but I was given a balancing full-body deep tissue massage that also focused on my shoulder. My shoulder pain was reduced 95%, and that is about all you can ask for via massage therapy. ZEN MASSAGE AND WELLNESS feels luxurious without being over-the-top fussy, and the massage work is effective and healing. This is exactly the kind of high-quality serious bodywork massage that Healdsburg needs to offer residents and visitors. Overall A+.

Zen is located close to the Healdsburg square, which is convenient for locals and wine tasting tourists. It is has a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Min was very professional and friendly. She seems to have good experience. I will definitely be coming back.
