Everyday when we receive our mail, the mail box is always open, even when we the weather calls for rain. Not only my house, but just about everyone else on our road has their mailbox open as well with mail in it. This has never been an issue till recently. I would give a better rating if our mail person would close the mailbox when we get the mail. Our mail gets wet during the rain and it's becoming a nuisance. Please make sure to tell your drivers to close our mailbox!

I used to never have an issue with them until they started delivering my mail wrongfully. Now I have to go out of my way to find my own packages because they can’t deliver them properly. Its ridiculous and super annoying that I have to find where my things are when they are the ones who misplaced my orders.

This review is for the actual mail lady who delivers the mail. You can open my mail box but you need to learn to close the lid. Including half the peoples mail boxes on the whole street.
