KAREN is just AMAZING! I went to this store for a fingerprint, how friendly, helpful and skilled she was. After I missed my appointment because of lack of knowledge and horrible customer service at the Moorpark store, I highly recommend you all don't waste your time, even if you need to drive a little more to Simi Valley for the “Fieldprint”fingerprint appointment, just do it.

I manage a local business here in Simi Valley and we often have a need for shipping/mailing. Santa Susanna Station is by far the very best, fastest, most reasonably priced place I have found. They do it all and Karen is the best! We have not needed to use the post office at all since discovering The Station!!

i've been coming here since it belonged to the USPS (40 years). Simi only had the Galena Avenue post office. you can ship, mail,buy stamps and pay your utility bills all in one place. always friendly, no huge lines. Great!
