This post office was very prompt to respond to a missing package report I made. I got my package even on the eve of a holiday. Thank you!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes the mail gets a little mixed up - we’re only human - but shoutout to management for going the extra mile and finding my contact information online to get a package to me with a missing address. 💪

I got my passport, even without an appointment! Very professional staff, busy post office, everyone was cooperative. I took a long STAGE journey to get there; well worth it! Thank you!

I visited our local post office today and was appalled at the condition of the entryway. The threshhold and outside of the doorway and windows were littered with bird droppings. These looked to have been there awhile. Isn't there a cleaning crew for the outside as well as the inside? It was really dirty!

Employees won't even attempt to deliver if the package is big and they have to bring it to the door. Absolutely terrible people

This place really doesn't do you any favors. My wife and i recently moved to the area, and in doing so triggered the post office to notify us that we had to move our mailbox to the street. I was a little confused about it because the mailbox was delivered to for years and years without issue. I moved the box out to the street to ensure that i would still receive mail. As soon as I did this we started having issue after issue. One being packages going missing. Another issue was that the carrier kept leaving the lid open to the box. I reached out to the post office and they said they would note to not leave the lid open. This is when things got worse. At that point the lid was left open more often, I would get a package in the box, a package delivered to my front door, and then the 3rd package she would leave a note stating, delivery attempt made, and not deliver it. I mean you tell me what's wrong with that picture. I reached out over the phone once more and they told me they would "talk to the carrier". By now im upset with the situation and I notified them that I would be moving my mailbox back to original position it had been at for over 15 years, to which they responded that this would not work because of "policy". They told me to buy a security box which is over $100, which I would do, however i still could not put it outside my fence line because it would need to stand alone on a post, and this would encroach on city sidewalk. So once again the mailbox is back inside my fence line. I made a trip to the post office in person to speak directly to the post master. He reiterated everything about their policy. I asked him if there was a way that they could just hold my packages and mail and i would be by to pick them up weekly. He said yes, and that I had 30 to do so.... I go back a week later to pick up my mail, and I am told I need to move my mailbox back to the street, and that i only have 10 days to pick up my packages. I really am not sure what to do at this point but to just keep showing up weekly to pick up, as well as leaving this review. Be forewarned if you live in this town or plan to you will be dealing with this post office....
