Lazy people , poor management
Do not take loads to them
Liars
Took them 7 hours to unload a trailer with empty pallets
And a lot of nails on the ground

My appointment was at 7.30 A.M. I checked in at 7.17 a.m. but they didn’t assign me door for 2 hours. After I was assigned the door, I waited another 3 hours for loading. But no response from them. So I had to cancel my load as it was straight through delivery and I wouldn’t have made it on time. Very unprofessional

Make sure they have room for your load...if they don't your sitting on it till they do..

This facility is open 7:00am - 2:00pm. My appointment was at 2:00pm I checked in at 2:01pm didn’t accept my load. They told me that I’ll be the first one next morning to unload. Gave me door at 11:15am. It’s 1:32pm haven’t even touch my load yet…

Very slow be prepared to spend the day here, my appointment was at 9am, check in 8.15am, check out 1.30pm, even they say that they pay you detention after 2 hours of your appointment, they lie.
