I went to make an appointment with my primary doctor and the lady at there acted like she didn't want me there and was very rude. Don't even bother visiting

My family has had several instances where we wanted to see the wound care nurse. No they refused to see us unless we switch our primary doctor of 12 years to their practice. You would think they would want the business and insurance payment. I’m done with them I will be taking my business where they believe in customer service!

The lady that answered the phone this morning and last evening when I called is absolutely incompetent and rude. Had an attitude every time I inquired about a missed call from the medical center.
