I had a lacklustre experience at another Brown’s 10 years ago and never revisited. I came here with my friends recently and was really impressed with my Tiki Tuna Poke Bowl!! I was unsure at first because I asked the server if it looked like the photos in the reviews, she said “no, it doesn’t look like that here” but offered no other details… glad I ordered it because it was fresh and delicious. Plus it was the only thing appealing on the menu (they should work on that). Their lemonade was also yummy. My friends got these chicken bites and they were dry and horrible, think it’s not on the menu anymore (just checked). Also our server took a really long time for everything but was very nice. Their sign at the back is hilarious, I would come back just for that too.

Update Dec 2023* the Southwest salad is amazing, as well as the seared ahi tuna crusted salad. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and very quick service!! The beef schezuan was amazing with large portions and my hubby loves the beef Dip with THE best onion rings ever!!

Got take out March 2020 and it was very easy to order/pay online and it was ready when promised!! Food was delish too!!

Came in with my sister for a quick drink, the bartenders were super friendly and funny. The drinks were on point. Definitely a 10/10

I placed a pick up lunch order today and When I went to pick it up, I was met at the front door, with my order and a smile by the manager, Nikki. When I got back to work and opened my bag there was a handwritten note on top of my lunch that validated she had read my other asks for extra sauce and made sure it happened. It was the best lunch I’ve ever had with the best service I’ve ever had. McCallum Road location is in great hands with Nikki as manager. She completely gets customer service and goes above and beyond. Thanks for making my day :-) note was amazing

I recently came in with some girl friends and had the best time being served by Kirsten. She humoured all of us while still staying on top of everything, ensuring the service never lacked. I’ll definitely be requesting her for next time!! I would catch a glance at how she interacted with her other tables and she gave great service to all. Props to her and I bet Browns is lucky to have a server who leaves all customers happy ☺

I love coming here for business meetings and when I want to treat my lady. The atmosphere is perfect, and service is always excellent. If you ever get Victor serving you, you're in for a treat as he always goes above and beyond! If you're a vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions, I've found staff to be great at making substitution suggestions. Kitchen staff know what's up, as I've made some crazy requests and they've never failed to deliver results! 10/10 would recommend! 🙌

My husband and friends and I have been coming here for years. It's a great location and great atmosphere.
We had Brady this last time, what a great server, really enjoyed chatting with him and he was super quick and efficient. We also love to see Max here he's been our server multiple times throughout the years. Outstanding chap. All staff here are pretty great and the food is pretty good too.

Browns = best food ever. Madison H = best waitress ever. So blessed by her service. I was having the worst day ever and I just needed a little pick me up so I went to browns, my favourite restaurant ever. I sat at my table and all of a sudden Madison came to my table and served me. She turned my frown upside down, and made what was the worst day ever, into the best day I have ever had. From the way she was so interested into how I was doing, to the way she served me with such grace and kindness. I will always be so grateful for the way she served me.

Me and my husband came in last night for our first time and our waitress named Jasmine made it the best first experience! She went the extra mile to make our first time very memorable. Jasmine recommended great dishes, checked on us the perfect amount of times, and also had a great sense of humor! We will definitely be coming back and I hope that we get the chance to have Jasmin be our waitress again!

Came here for our Christmas staff dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! The restaurant is very clean and cozy and the staff were all super friendly. Our server Kurtis was by far the best server we’ve had in years!!! Definitely recommend coming here and asking personally for him, you won’t be disappointed.

Came in this morning, we had wonderful service and good food.
The waitress Diiandre i believe her name was super nice and friendly and checked up on us to make sure everything was to our liking. 10/10 would definitely recommend to others.

If I could give more than five stars, I would!!!! The best service I’ve ever had from Madison H! She was so kind, smiley, and efficient! The manager, David, even came up and asked how my meal was going. I will definitely come here all the time now because of the amazing service. I recommend the carrot cake!!!

Went to Browns for a date night with my girlfriend. We sat on the front covered patio and had Taylor as our server. She had such a bubbly and friendly personality. She had great recommandations for both food and drinks. Her service was quick and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back and will look for her each time we are in.

Going to browns with my friends is always a good time, but the service made it even better. Jasmine was so warm and friendly, and she made sure we had an amazing experience! She was thoughtful and made sure everything went really smooth!

Great ambiance. Delicious food. Quality ingredients used, and can definitely taste it in the food too. Proportions were a little smaller, but the food is still satisfying and sufficient. Service was good. Kind and efficient hostesses. ShawOpen wifi available. The patio area has umbrellas for shade, but no fan or anything, so the unshaded sunny areas get really hot in the summer time. The inside area has a beautiful layout, and lots of accommodation for seating.

Brown's is our favourite for date night! We had the sweetest server named Tianna. She was hilarious, informative, and paid great attention to detail. Dining out with a dairy allergy always has me nervous, but she was diligent and ensured things were how they needed to be for me. Very thankful for her service and we will be back!

I had an outstanding time at Browns Social House, thanks to bartender Kayne. His personalized recommendations and warm demeanour created a memorable evening. Kayne's multitasking skills and genuine interest in customer satisfaction stood out in the bustling atmosphere. Browns Social House is fortunate to have such a skilled and personable bartender. Saturday afternoon, the place was packed with the lunch crowd. Hostess let me have a beer at the bar until a table was ready, it came up 10 minutes ahead of her estimate (awesome).
Had the Social Lager draft, it's incredibly smooth, got the dry ribs for a starter and then tried the Szechuan Beef Noodle Bowl, and wow! That is amazing!
Staff is prompt, listens well and has great timing.
Top tier bar/restaurant in Abbotsford, no question.

Myself and my wonderful girlfriend went out to dinner and Browns was at the top of our list. Food was incredible and we got the most impeccable service by Jasmine. It made the experience even better when I proposed to my girlfriend afterwards. What a dinner to remember! Will definitely come back again to celebrate our anniversaries!
